46. gita mean yog aur bhog
doosaroan ko nishkamabhav se sukh pahuanchane ke liye, unaka hit karane ke liye hi inake sath jo sambandh jo da jata hai, usase 'yog' hota hai kyoanki usase apani rag, sukh, aram adi ka tyag hota hai. parantu kisi vastu, vyakti se sukh lene ke liye usake sath jo sambandh jo da jata hai, usase 'bhog' hota hai. vastu, vyakti se ragapoorvak sambandh jo dane se paramatma ke nity-sambandh ka anubhav nahian hota. vastu, vyakti se sambandh-vichchhed hone par ek sukh hota hai. agar sadhak us sukh ka bhog n kare to ‘yog’ ho jayega. agar vah us sukh ka bhog karega, us sukh mean raji ho jaega to yog nahian hoga, pratyut ‘bhog’ ho jaega. agar sadhak bhogabuddhi ka sarvatha tyag kar de to sabhi sadhanoan se ‘yog’ (paramatma ke nity sanbandh ka anubhav) ho jata hai. jaise- karmayog mean keval srishtichakr ki maryada ko surakshit rakhane ke lie, keval kartavy paranpara ki raksha ke lie hi nishkam bhavapoorvak kartavy-karm karane se karmoan ka pravah keval sansar ki taraph ho jata hai aur svayan ka karmoan se sanbandh-vichchhed hokar, bhog ka tyag hokar paramatma ke sath yog ho jata hai.[1] jnanayog mean sath-asath ke vivek-vichar se vastu, vyakti, kriya adi parivartanashil se sanbandh vichchhed hota hai, jisase paramatma ke sath yog ho jata hai arthath paramatma ke sath apani svatah siddh abhinnata ka anubhav ho jata hai.[2] bhaktiyog mean sanpoorn kriya, padarth adi ko bhagavanh ka hi samajhakar bhagavanh ko arpit kiya jata hai, jisase un kriya, padarth adi se sanbandh vichchhed hokar bhagavanh ke sath yog ho jata hai arthath bhagavanh mean atmiyata ho jati hai.[3] dhyanayog mean nirantar paramatma mean lagate-lagate jab man sansar se sarvatha uparam ho jata hai, keval dhyey vastu rah jati hai, tab paramatma ke sath yog ho jata hai, apane svaroop ka anubhav ho jata hai.[4] ashtaangayog mean kramashah yam, niyam adi athoan aangoan ka nishkam bhavapoorvak palan kiya jae to usase sansar ke sanbandh ka tyag ho jata hai aur paramatma ke sath yog ho jata hai.[5] parantu usamean sadhak ko vishesh savadhani rakhani chahie ki kahian vah siddhiyoan mean n phans jae. agar vah siddhiyoan mean phans jaega to bhog hoga, yog nahian hoga. tatpary yah hai ki kisi bhi marg se chalane vale sadhak ko vyavahar avastha mean athava sadhan avastha mean haradam savadhan rahana chahie. usako kisi bhi avastha mean vastu, vyakti, kriya, padarth, yogyata, sthirata adi ka sukh nahian lena chahie kyoanki sukh lene se bhog ho jaega, yog nahian hoga.[6] sattvik sukh sang se, rajas sukh karmoan ki asakti se aur tamas sukh nidra, alasy evan pramad se baandhata hai.[7] atah sadhak savadhani poorvak sattvik, rajas aur tamas sukh se bandhe nahian, usaka sang n kare, to phir usaka paramatma ke sath yog ho jaega. |
