arth- varnasankar kulaghatiyoan ko aur kul ko narak mean le jane vala hi hota hai. shraddh aur tarpan n milane se in[1] ke pitar bhi apane sthan se gir jate haian.
vyakhya- ‘sankaro narakayaiv kulaghranaan kulasy ch’- varn-mishran se paida hue varnasankar[2] mean dharmik buddhi nahian hoti. vah maryadaoan ka palan nahian karata;kyoanki vah khud bina maryada se paida hua hai. isalie usake khud ke kul dharm n hone se vah unaka palan nahian karata, pratyut kuladharm arthat kulamaryada se viruddh acharan karata hai.
jinhoanne yuddh mean apane kul ka sanhar kar diya hai, unako ‘kulaghati’ kahate haian. varnasankar aise kulaghatiyoan ko narakoan mean le jata hai. keval kulaghatiyoan ko hi nahian, pratyut kul-paranpara nasht hone se sanpoorn kul ko bhi vah narakoan mean le jata hai.
‘patanti pitaro hyeshaan luptapiandodakakriyaah’- jinhoanne apane kul ka nash kar diya hai, aise in kulaghatiyoan ke pitaroan ko varnasankar ke dvara piand aur pani[3] n milane se un pitaroan ka patan ho jata hai. karan ki jab pitaroan ko piand pani milata rahata hai, tab ve us puny ke prabhav se ooanche lokoan mean rahate haian. parantu jab unako piand pani milana band ho jata hai, tab unaka vahaan se patan ho jata hai arthat unaki sthiti un lokoan mean nahian rahati.
pitaroan ko piand-pani n milane mean karan yah hai ki varnasankar ki poorvajoan ke prati adar-buddhi nahian hoti. is karan unamean pitaroan ke lie shraddh-tarpan karane ki bhavana hi nahian hoti. agar lok-lihaj mean akar ve shraddh-tarpan karate bhi haian, to bhi shastravidhi ke anusar unaka shraddh tarpan mean adhikar n hone se vah piand-pani pitaroan ko milata hi nahian. is tarah jab pitaroan ko adar buddhi se aur shastravidhi ke anusar piand-jal nahian milata, tab unaka. apane sthan se patan ho jata hai.
