ath chittan samadhatuan n shaknoshi mayi sthiramh . arth- agar too man ko mere mean achal bhav se sthir (arpan) karane mean samarth nahian hai, to he dhananjay! abhyasayog ke dvara too meri prapti ki ichchha kar. vyakhya- ‘ath chittan samadhatuan......mamichchhaptuan dhananjay’- yahaan ‘chittamh’ pad ka arth ‘man’ hai. parantu is shlok ka pichhe ke shlok mean varnit sadhan se sanbandh hai, isalie ‘chittamh’ pad se yahaan man aur buddhi donoan hi lena yuktisangat hai. bhagavan arjun se kahate haian ki agar too man-buddhi ko mere mean achal bhav se sthapit karane mean arthat mere arpan karane mean apane ko asamarth manata hai, to abhyasayog ke dvara mere ko prapt karane ki ichchha kar. ‘abhyas’ aur ‘abhyasayog’ prithak-prithak hai. kisi lakshy par chitt ko bar-bar lagane ka nam ‘abhyas’ hai aur samata ka nam ‘yog’ hai. samata rakhate hue abhyas karana hi ‘abhyasayog’ kahalata hai. keval bhagavatprapti ke uddeshy se kiya gaya bhajan, nam-jap adi ‘abhyasayog’ hai. abhyas ke sath yog ka sanyog n hone se sadhak ka uddeshy sansar hi rahega. sansar ka uddeshy hone par stri-putr, dhan-sanpatti, man-b daee, nirogata, anukoolata adi ki anek kamanaean utpann hogi. kamana vale purush ki kriyaoan ke uddeshy bhi (kabhi putr, kabhi dhan, kabhi man-b daee adi) bhinn-bhinn raheange.[1] isalie aise purush ki kriya mean yog nahian hoga. yog tabhi hoga, jab kriyamatr ka uddeshy (dhyey) keval paramatma hi ho. sadhak jab bhagavatprapti ka uddeshy rakhakar bar-bar nam-jap adi karane ki cheshta karata hai, tab usake man mean doosare anek sankalp bhi paida hote rahate haian, atah sadhak ko ‘mera dhyey bhagavatprapti hi hai’- is prakar ki dridh dharana karake any sab sankalpoan se uparam ho jana chahie. ‘mamichchhatuptamh’ padoan se bhagavan ‘abhyasayog’ ko apani prapti ka svatantr sadhan batate haian. pichhe ke shlok mean bhagavan ne apane mean man-buddhi arpan karane ke lie kaha. ab is shlok mean abhyasayog ke lie kahate haian. isase yah dharana ho sakati hai ki abhyasayog bhagavan mean man-buddhi arpan karane ka sadhan hai; atah pahale abhyas ke dvara man-buddhi bhagavan ke arpan hoange, phir bhagavan ke prapti hogi. parantu man-buddhi ko arpan karane se hi bhagavatprapti hoti ho, aisa niyam nahian hai. bhagavan ke kathan ka tatpary yah hai ki yadi uddeshy bhagavatprapti hi ho arthat uddeshy ke sath sadhak ki poorn ekata ho to keval ‘abhyas’ se hi use bhagavatprapti ho jaegi. jab sadhak bhagavatprapti ke uddeshy se bar-bar nam-jap, bhajan-kirtan, shravan adi ka abhyas karata hai, tab usaka aantahkaran shuddh hone lagata hai aur bhagavatprapti ki ichchha jagrat ho jati hai.
