9. gita mean ahari ka varnan

uttar- haan, thik hai parantu asan se sharir krish hone par bhi sharir mean nirbalata nahian ati. asan karane se sharir nirog rahata hai, sharir mean sphoorti ati hai, sharir mean halkapan rahata hai. asan n karane se sharir sthool ho sakata hai, par sthool hone se sharir mean bharipan rahata hai, sharir mean shithilata ati hai, kam karane mean utsah kam hota hai, chalane-phirane adi mean parishram hota hai, uthane-baithane mean kathinata hoti hai, bistar par p de rahane ka man karata hai, sharir mean rog bhi jyada hote haian. atah sharir ki sthoolata itani shreshth nahian hai, jitani krishata shreshth hai. kisi ka sharir krish haian, par nirog hai aur kisi ka sharir sthool hai, par rogi hai, to donoan mean sharir ka krish hona hi achchha hai.
uttar- jo log kheti ka, parishram ka kam karate haian, unaka to svabhavik hi vyayam hota rahata hai aur unako hava bhi shuddh mil jati hai; atah unake lie vyayam ki jaroorat nahian hai. parantu jo log bauddhik kam karate haian dukan, aauphis adi mean baithe rahane ka kam karate haian, unake lie asanoan ka vyayam karana bahut upayogi hota hai. |
