9. gita mean ahari ka varnan
manushyoan ki jo svabhavik vritti, sthiti, bhav banata hai, usake banane mean kee karan hote haian. unamean ahar bhi ek karan hai. kahavat bhi hai ki ‘jaisa khaye ann, vaisa man’. atah ahar jitana sattvik hota hai, manushy ki vritti utani hi sattvik banati hai arthath sattvik vritti ke banane mean sattvik ahar se sahayata milati hai. gita mean ahar ka svatantraroop se varnan nahian hua hai, pratyut ahari- (vyakti) ka varnan hone se ahar ka varnan hua hai; jaise- sattvik vyakti ko priy hone se sattvik ahar ka, rajas vyakti ko priy hone se rajas ahar ka aur tamas vyakti ko priy hone se tamas ahar ka varnan hua hai.[1] atah gita mean jahaan-jahaan ahar ki bat ayi hai, vahaan-vahaan bhagavanh ne ahari ka hi varnan kiya hai jaise- ‘niyataharaah’[2] pad mean niyamit ahar karane vale ka, ‘natyashratastu yogoasti n chaikantamanashratah’[3] padoan mean adhik khanevale aur bilkul n khane vale ka, ‘yuktaharaviharasy’[4] pad mean niyamit khane vale ka, ‘yadashrasi’[5] pad mean bhojan ke padarth ko bhagavanh ke arpan karane vale ka, aur ‘laghvashi’[6] pad mean alp bhojan karane vale ka varnan kiya gaya hai. |
