9. gita mean ahari ka varnan

uttar- asan, pranayam, sanyam, brahmacharyapalan adi se kupathy rog to hote hi nahian aur prarabdhajany rogoan mean bhi utani teji nahian rahati, unaka sharir par kam prabhav hota hai. karan ki asan, pranayam adi bhi karm haian atah unaka bhi phal hota hai.
uttar- vyayam ke hi do bhed haian-
jo log kushti ka vyayam karate haian, unaki maansapeshiyaan majaboot, kathor ho jati haian aur jo log asanoan ka vyayam karate haian, unaki maansapeshiyaan lachakadar, naram ho jati hai. doosari bat, jo log kushti ka vyayam karate haian, unaka sharir javani mean to achchha rahata hai, par vriddhavastha mean vyayam n karane se unake sharir mean, sandhiyoan mean pi da hone lagati hai. parantu jo log asanoan ka vyayam karate haian, unaka sharir javani mean to thik rahata hi hai, vriddhavastha mean agar ve asan n karean to bhi unake sharir mean pi da nahian hoti[1] isake siva asanoan ka vyayam karane se na diyoan mean raktapravah achchhi tarah se hota hai, jisase sharir nirog rahata hai. dhyan adi karane se bhi asanoan ka vyayam bahut sahayak hota hai. atah asanoan ka vyayam karana hi uchit maloom deta hai. |
