3. yadi bhagavan ko yahaan ahar ka hi varnan karana hota, to ve ahar ki vidhi ka aur usake lie karmoan ki shuddhi-ashuddhi ka varnan karate; jaise- shuddh kamaee ke paisoan se anaj adi pavitr khady padarth kharide jaean; rasoee mean chauka dekar aur svachchh vastr pahanakar pavitratapoorvak bhojan banaya jae; bhojan ko bhagavan ke arpan kiya jae aur bhagavan ka chintan tatha unake nam ka jap karate hue prasad-buddhi se bhojan grahan kiya jae- aisa bhojan sattvik hota hai. svarth aur abhiman ki mukhyata ko lekar saty-asaty ka koee vichar n karate hue paise kamae jaean; svad, sharir ki pushti, bhog bhogane ki samarthy badhane adi ka uddeshy rakhakar bhojan ke padarth kharide jaean; jihva ko svadisht lagean aur dikhane mean bhi suandar dikhean- is drishti se, riti se unako banaya jae; aur asaktipoorvak khaya jae- aisa bhojan rajas hota hai. jhooth-kapat, chori, dakaiti, dhokhebaji adi kisi tarah se paise kamae jaean; ashuddhi-shuddhi ka kuchh vichar n karake maans, aande adi padarth kharide jaean; vidhi-vidhan ka koee khayal n karake bhojan banaya jae aur bina hath pair dhoe evan chappal-jooti pahanakar hi ashuddh vayumandal mean use khaya- aisa bhojan tamas hota hai. parantu bhagavan ne yahaan keval sattvik, rajas aur tamas purushoan ke priy lagane vala khady padarthoan ka varnan kiya hai, jisase unaki ruchi ki pahachan ho jae. 4. isake sivay gita mean jahaan-jahaan ahar ki bat ayi hai, vahaan ahar ki bat ayi hai, vahaan-vahaan ahari ka hi varnan hua hai; jaise- ‘natyashratastu’ aur ‘yuktaharaviharasy’[1] padoan mean adhik khane vale aur niyat khane valoan ka; ‘yadashnasi’[2] pad mean bhojan ke padarth ko bhagavan ke arpan karane vala ka, aur ‘laghvashi’[3] pad mean alp bhojan karane valoan ka varnan hua hai. isi prakar is adhyay ke satavean shlok mean ‘yajnastapastatha danamh’ padoan mean aya ‘tatha’ (vaise hi) pad yah kah raha hai ki jo manushy yajn, tap, dan adi kary karate haian, ve bhi apani-apani (sattvik, rajas athava tamas) ruchi ke anusar hi kary karatare haian. age gyarahavean se baeesavean shlok tak ka jo prakaran hai, usamean bhi yajn, tap aur dan karane valoan ke svabhav ka hi varnan hua hai. |
