natyashratastu yogoasti n chaikantamanashratah. vyakhya- ‘natyashratastu yogoasti’- adhik khane vale ka yog siddh nahian hota[1] karan ki ann adhik khane se arthat bhookh ke bina khane se athava bhookh se adhik khane se pyas jyada lagati hai, jisase pani jyada pina p data hai. jyada ann khane aur pani pine se pet bhari ho jata hai. pet bhari hone se sharir bhi bojhil maloom deta hai. sharir mean alasy chha jata hai. bar-bar pet yad ata hai. kuchh bhi kam karane ka athava sadhan, bhajan, jap, dhyan adi karane ka man nahian karata. n to sukhapoorvak baitha jata hai aur n sukhapoorvak leta hi jata hai tatha n chalane phirane ka hi man karata hai. ajirn adi hone se sharir mean rog paida ho jate haian. isalie adhik khane vale purush ka yog kaise siddh ho sakata hai? nahian ho sakata. ‘n chaikantamanashratah’- aise hi bilakul n khane se bhi yog siddh nahian hota. karan ki bhojan n karane se man mean bar-bar bhojan ka chintan hota hai. sharir mean shakti kam ho jati hai. maans-majja adi bhi sookhate jate haian. sharir shithil ho jata hai. chalana-phirana kathin ho jata hai. lete rahane ka man karata hai. jina bhari ho jata hai. baith karake abhyas karana kathin ho jata hai. chitt paramatma mean lagata hi nahian. atah aise purush ka yog kaise siddh hoga? ‘n chati svapnashilasy’- jisaka jyada sone ka svabhav hota hai, usaka bhi yog siddh nahian hota. karan ki jyada sone se svabhav big d jata hai arthat bar-bar niand satati hai. p de rahane mean sukh aur baithe rahane mean parishram maloom deta hai. jyada lete rahane se gadh niand bhi nahian ati. gadh niand n ane se svapn ate rahate haian, sankalp vikalp hote rahate haian. sharir mean alasy bhara rahata hai. alasy ke karan baithane mean kathinaee hoti hai. atah vah yog ka abhyas bhi nahian kar sakata, phir yog ki siddhi kaise hogi? ‘jagrato naiv charjun’- he arjun! jab adhik sone se bhi yog ki siddhi nahian hoti, to phir bilakul n sone se yog ki siddhi ho hi kaise sakati hai? kyoanki avashyak niand n lekar adhik jagane se baithane par niand satayegi, jisase vah yog ka abhyas nahian kar sakega. sattvik manushyoan mean bhi kabhi satsang ka, sattvik gahari batoan ka, bhagavan ki katha ka athava bhaktoan ke charitroan ka prasang chhi d jata hai, to katha adi kahate hue, sunate hue jab ras, anand ata hai, tab unako bhi niand nahian ati. parantu unaka jagana aur tarah ka hota hai arthat rajasi tamasi vritti valoan ka jaisa jagana hota hai, vaisa jagana sattvik vrittivaloan ka nahian hota. us jagane mean sattvik manushyoan ko jo anand milata hai, usamean unako nidra ke vishram ki khurak milati hai. atah ratoan jagane par bhi unako aur samay mean nidra nahian satati. itana hi nahian, unaka vah jagana bhi gunatit hone mean sahayata karata hai. parantu rajasi aur tamasi vritti vale jagate haian to unako aur samay mean nidra tang karati hai aur rog paida karati hai. aise hi bhaktalog bhagavan ke nam jap mean, kirtan mean, bhagavan ke virah mean bhojan karana bhool jate haian, unako bhookh nahian lagati, to ve ‘anashnat:’ nahian hai. karan ki bhagavan ki taraph lag jane se unake dvara jo kuchh hota hai, vah ‘sath’ ho jata hai.
