shashth adhyay
yogi yunjit satatamatmanan rahasi sthitah. vyakhya- [paanchavean adhyay ke sattaisavean-atthaisavean shlokoan mean jis dhyanayog ka sankshep se varnan kiya tha, ab yahaan usi ka vistar se varnan kar rahe haian. ‘yujh samadhau’ dhatu se jo ‘yog’ shabd banata hai, jisaka arth chittavrittiyoan ka nirodh karana hai[1], us yog ka varnan yahaan dasavean shlok se aranbh karate haian.] ‘aparigrahah’- chittavrittiyoan ke nirodh roop yog ka sadhan sansar matr se vimukh hokar aur keval paramatma ke sammukh hokar kiya jata hai. atah usake lie pahala sadhan batate haian- ‘aparigrahah’ arthat apane lie sukhabuddhi se kuchh bhi sangrah n kare. karan ki apane sukh ke lie bhog aur sangrah karane se usamean man ka khianchav rahega, jisase sadhak ka man dhyan mean nahian lagega. atah dhyanayog ke sadhak ke lie aparigrah hona jaroori hai. ‘nirashiah’[2]- pahale ‘aparigrahah’ pad se bahar ke bhog-padarthoan ka tyag bataya, ab ‘nirashiah’ pad se bhitar ki bhog aur sangrah ki ichchha ka tyag karane ke lie kahate haian. tatpary yah hai ki bhitar mean kisi bhi bhog ko bhogabuddhi se bhogane ki ichchha, kamana, asha n rakhe. karan ki man mean utpatti vinashashil padarthoan ka mahattv, asha, kamana paramatm prapti mean mahan badhak hai. atah isamean sadhak ko savadhan rahana chahie. ‘yatachittatma’- bahar se apane sukh ke lie padarth aur sangrah ka tyag tatha bhitar se unaki kamana asha ka tyag hone par bhi aantahkaran adi mean naya rag hone ki sanbhavana rahati hai, atah yahaan tisara sadhan batate haian- ‘yatachittatma’ arthat sadhak aantahkaran sahit sharir ko vash mean rakhane vala ho. inake vash mean hone par phir naya rag paida nahian hoga. inako vash mean karane ka upay hai- koee bhi naya kam ragapoorvak n kare. karan ki ragapoorvak pravritti hone se sharir ki aram-alasy mean, iandriyoan ki bhogi mean man ki bhogoan ke chiantan mean athava vyarth chiantan mean pravritti hoti hai, isalie aantahkaran aur sharir ko vash mean karane ki bat kahi gayi hai. ‘yogi’- jisaka dhyey, lakshy keval paramatma mean lagane ka hi hai arthat jo paramatm prapti ke lie hi dhyanayog karane vala hai, siddhiyoan aur bhogoan ki prapti ke lie nahian, usako yahaan ‘yogi’ kaha gaya hai. ‘ekaki’- dhyanayog ka sadhak akela ho, sath mean koee sahayak n ho; kyoanki do hoange to batachit hone lag jaegi aur sath mean koee sahayak hoga to rag ke karan usaki yad ati rahegi, jisase man bhagavan mean nahian lagega. ‘rahasi sthitah’- sadhak ko kahaan sthit hona chahie isake lie batate haian ki vah ekaant mean sthit rahe arthat aise sthan mean sthit rahe, jahaan dhyan ke viruddh koee vatavaran n ho. jaise, nadi ka kinara ho, van mean ekaant mandir adi ho athava ghar mean hi ek kamara aisa ho, jisamean keval bhajan-dhyan kiya jae. usamean n to svayan bhojan-shayan kare aur koee doosara hi kare. |
