arth- yah b de ashchary aur khed ki bat hai ki ham log b da bhari pap karane ka nishchay kar baithe haian, jo ki rajy aur sukh ke lobh se apane svajanoan ko marane ke lie taiyar ho gaye haian!
vyakhya- ‘aho bat..... svajanamudyataah’- ye duryodhan adi dusht haian. inaki dharm par d़rishti nahian hai. in par lobh savar ho gaya hai. isalie ye yuddh ke lie taiyar ho jayan to koee ashchary ki bat nahian. parantu ham log to dharm-adharm ko, kartavy-akartavy ko, puny-pap ko janane vale haian. aise janakar hote hue bhi anajan manushyoan ki tarah ham logoan ne b da bhari pap karane ka nishchay- vichar kar liya hai. itana hi nahian, yuddh mean apane svajanoan ko marane ke lie astr-shastr lekar taiyar ho gaye haian! yah ham logoan ke lie b de bhari ashchary ki aur khed[1] ki bat hai arthat sarvatha anuchit bat hai.
hamari jo janakari hai, hamane jo shastroan se suna hai, gurujanoan se shiksha payi hai, apane jivan ko sudharane ka vichar kiya hai, un sabaka anadar karake aj hamane yuddharoopi pap karane ke lie vichar kar liya hai- yah b da bhari pap hai- ‘mahatpapamh’.
is shlok mean ‘aho’ aur ‘bat’- ye do pad ae haian. inamean se ‘aho’ pad ashchary ka vachak hai. ashchary yahi hai ki yuddh se hone vali anarth paranpara ko janate hue bhi ham logoan ne yuddharoopi b da bhari pap karane ka pakka nishchay kar liya hai. doosara ‘bat’ pad khed ka, duahkh ka vachak hai. duahkh yahi hai ki tho de din rahane vale rajy aur sukh ke lobh mean akar ham apane kutumbiyoan ko marane ke lie taiyar ho gaye haian.
pap karane ka nishchay karane mean aur svajanoan ko marane ke lie taiyar hone mean keval rajy ka sukh ka lobh hi karan hai. tatpary hai ki agar yuddh mean hamari vijay ho jayagi to hamean rajy, vaibhav mil jayaga, hamara adar satkar hoga, hamari mahatta badh jayagi, poore rajy par hamara prabhav rahega, sab jagah hamara hukm chalega, hamare pas dhan hone se ham manachahi bhog-samagri juta leange, phir khoob aram kareange, sukh bhogeange- is tarah hamare par rajy aur sukh ka lobh chha gaya hai, jo hamare jaise manushyoan ke lie sarvatha anuchit hai.
is shlok mean arjun yah kahana chahate haian ki apane sadvicharoan ka, apani janakari ka adar karane se hi shastr, gurujan adi ki ajna mani ja sakati hai. parantu jo manushy apane sadvicharoan ka niradar karata hai, vah shastroan ki, gurujanoan ki aur siddhaantoan ki achchhi-achchhi batoan ko sunakar bhi unhean dharan nahian kar sakata. apane sadvicharoan ka bar-bar niradar, tiraskar karane se sadvicharoan ki srishti band ho jati hai. phir manushy ko durgun-durachar se rokane vala hai hi kaun? aise hi ham bhi apani janakari ka adar nahian kareange, to phir hamean anarth- paranpara se kaun rok sakata hai? arthat koee nahian rok sakata.
