yaya dharmamadharm ch karyan chakaryamev ch .
vyakhya- ‘yaya dharmamadharm ch’- shastroan ne jo kuchh bhi vidhan kiya hai, vah ‘dharm’ hai arthat shastroan ne jisaki ajna di hai aur jisase paralok mean sadgati hoti hai, vah dharm hai. shastroan ne jisaka nishedh kiya hai, vah ‘adharm’ hai arthat shastroan ne jisaki ajna nahian di hai aur jisase paralok mean durgati hoti hai, vah adharm hai. jaise, apane mata-pita, b de-boodhoan ki seva karane mean, doosaroan ko sukh pahuanchane mean, doosaroan ka hit karane ki cheshta mean apane tan, man, dhan, yogyata, pad, adhikar, samarthy adi ko laga dena ‘dharm’ hai. aise hi kuaan-bav di khudavana, dharmashala-aushadhalay banavana, pyaoo-sadavart chalana; desh, gram, mohalle ke anath garib balakoan ki aur samaj ki unnati ke lie apani kahalane vali chijoan ko avashyakatanusar unaki hi samajhakar nishkamabhav se udaratapoorvak kharch karana ‘dharm’ hai. isake viparit apane svarth, sukh, aram ke lie doosaroan ki dhan-sanpatti, hak, pad, adhikar chhinana; doosaroan ka apakar, ahit, hatya adi karana; apane tan, man, dhan, yogyata, pad, adhikar adi ke dvara doosaroan ko duahkh dena ‘adharm’ hai. vastav mean dharm vah hai, jo jiv ka kalyan kar de aur adharm vah hai, jo jiv ko bandhan mean dal de. ‘kary chakaryamev ch’- varn, ashram, desh, kal, lok-maryada, paristhiti adi ke anusar shastroan ne hamare lie jis karm ko karane ki ajna di hai, vah karm hamare lie ‘kartavy’ hai. avasar par prapt hue kartavy ka palan n karana tatha n karane layak kam ko karana ‘akartavy’ hai. jaise, bhiksha maangana, yajn, vivah adi karana aur unamean dan-dakshina lena adi karm brahman ke lie to kartavy haian, par kshatriy, vaishy aur shoodr ke lie akartavy haian. isi prakar shastroan ne jin-jin varn aur ashramoan ke lie jo-jo karm bataye haian, ve sab un-unake lie kartavy hai; aur jinake lie nishedh kiya hai, unake lie ve sab akartavy haian. jahaan naukari karate haian, vahaan eemanadari se apana poora samay dena, kary ko sucharoo roop se karana, jis tarah se malik ka hit ho, aisa kam karana- ye sab karmachariyoan ke lie ‘kartavy’ haian. apane svarth, sukh aur aram mean phansakar kary mean poora samay n lagana, kary ko tatparata se n karana, tho di- si ghoos (rishvat) milane se malik ka b da nukasan kar dena, das-paanch rupayoan ke lie malik ka ahit kar dena- ye sab karmachariyoan ke lie ‘akartavy haian.’ rajakiy jitane aphasar haian, unako rajy ka prabandh karane ke lie, sabaka hit karane ke lie hi ooanche par rakha jata hai. isilie apane svarth aur abhiman ka tyag karake jis prakar sab logoan ka hit ho sakata hai, sabako mukh, aram, shaanti mil sakati hai- aise kamoan ko karana unake lie ‘kartavy’ hai. apane tuchchh svarth mean akar rajy ka nukasan kar dena, logoan ko duahkh dena adi unake lie ‘akartavy’ hai. sattviki buddhi mean kahi huee pravritti-nivritti, bhay-abhay aur bandh-moksh ko bhi yahaan ‘ev ch’ padoan se le lena chahie. |
