bhojan karate samay gras-gras mean bhagannam-jap karate rahane se annadosh bhi door ho jata hai.[1] jo log eershya, bhay aur krodh se yukt haian tatha lobhi haian, aur rog tatha dinata se pi dit aur dveshayukt haian, ve jis bhojan ko karate haian, vah achchhi tarah pachata nahian arthat usase ajirn ho jata hai.[2] isalie manushy ko chahie ki vah bhojan karate samay man ko shaant tatha prasann rakhe. man mean kam, krodh, lobh, moh adi doshoan ki vrittiyoan n ane de. yadi kabhi a bhi jae to us samay bhojan n kare; kyoanki vrittiyoan ka asar bhojan par p data hai aur usi ke anusar aantahkaran banata hai. aisa bhi sunane mean aya hai ki phauji log jab gay ko duhate haian, tab duhane se pahale bachh da chho date haian aur us bachh de ke pichhe kutta chho date haian. apane bachh de ke pichhe kutte ko dekhakar jab gay gusse mean a jati hai, tab bachh de ko lakar baandh dete haian aur phir gay ko duhate haian. vah doodh phaujiyoan ko pilate haian, jisase ve log khooankhar banate haian. aise hi doodh ka bhi asar praniyoan par p data hai.
