‘shraddhavirahitan yajnan tamasan parichakshate’- agni mean ahuti dene ke vishay mean tamas manushyoan ka yah bhav rahata hai ki ann, ghi, jau, chaval, nariyal, chhuhara adi to manushy ke nirvah ke kam ki chijean haian. aisi chijoan ko agni mean phooank dena kitani moorkhata hai![1] apani prasiddhi, man-b daee ke lie ve yajn karate bhi haian to bina shastravidhi ke, bina annadan ke, bina mantroan ke aur bina dakshina ke karate haian. unaki shastroan par, shastrokt vidhipoorvak ki gee yajn ki kriya- par aur usake paralaukik phal par bhi shraddha-vishvas nahian hote. karan ki unamean moodhata hoti hai. unamean apani to akl hoti nahian aur doosara koee samajha de to use manate nahian. is tamas yajn mean ‘yah shastravidhimutsrijy vartate kamakaratah’ [2] aur ‘ashraddhaya hutan dattan tapastaptan kritan ch yath’ [3]- ye donoan bhav hote haian. atah ve ihalok aur paralok ka jo phal chahate haian, vah unako nahian milata- ‘n s siddhimavapnotin sukhan n paraan gatimh’, ‘n ch tatprety no ih.’ tatpary hai ki unako upekshapoorvak kie ge shubh karmoan ka ichchhit phal to nahian milega, par ashubh-karmoan ka phal (adhogati) to milega hi- ‘adho gachchhanti tamasaah’.[4] karan ki ashubh phal mean ashraddha hi hetu haian aur ve ashraddhapoorvak hi shastraviruddh acharan karate haian; atah isaka dand to unako milega hi. in yajnoan mean karta, jnan, kriya, dhriti, buddhi, sang, shastr, khan-pan adi yadi sattvik hoange, to vah yajn sattvik ho jaega; yadi rajas hoange, to vah yajn rajas ho jaega; aur yadi tamas hoange, to vah yajn tamas ho jaega. sanbandh- gyaharavean, barahavean aur terahavean shlok mean kramashah sattvik, rajas aur tasam yajn ka varnan karake ab age ke tin shlokoan mean kramashah sharirik, vachik aur manasik tap ka varnan karate haian (jisaka sattvik, rajas aur tamas bhed age kareange). |

arthat agni mean dali gee ahuti adity ki kiranoan ko pusht karati hai aur un pusht huee kiranoan se varsha hoti hai (is bat ko bhautik vaijnanik bhi manane lage haian.) matr jiv ann se paida hote haian aur ann jal se paida hota hai- ‘annadbhavanti bhootani parjanyadannasanbhavah.’ (gita 3:14) atah srishti mean jal hi pradhan hai. jal barasane mean ‘yajn’ hi khas hetu hai- ‘yajnadbhavati parjanyah’. (gita 3:14)
