sadhak jab sadhan karata hai, tab vah sadhan mean tarah se vighr manata hai. vah samajhata hai ki mujhe ekant mile to maian sadhan kar sakata hooan, vayumandal achchha ho to sadhan kar sakata hooan ityadi. in sab anukoolataoan ki chahana n karana arthat unake adhin n hona bhi ‘tap’ hai. sadhan ko apane sadhan paristhitiyoan ke adhin nahian manana chahie, pratyut paristhiti ke anusar apana sadhan bana lena chahie. sadhak ko apani cheshta to ekant mean sadhan karane ki karani chahie, par ekant n mile to mili huee parasthiti ko bhagavan ki bheji huee samajhakar visheshakar utsah se prasannatapoorvak sadhan mean pravritt hona chahie. ‘arjavamh’- saralata, sidhepan ko ‘arjav’ kahate haian. yah saralata sadhak ka vishesh gun hai. yadi sadhak yah chahata hai ki doosare log mujhe achchha samajhean, mera vyavahar thik nahian hoga to log mujhe badhiya nahian manegean, isalie mujhe saralata se rahana chahie, to yah ek prakar ka kapat hi hai. isase sadhak mean banavatipan ata hai, jabaki sadhak mean sidha, saral bhav hona chahie. sidha, saral hone ke karan log usako moorkh, besamajh kah sakate haian, par usase sadhak ki koee hani nahian hai. apane uddhar ke lie to saralata b de kam ki chij hai-
isalie sadhak ke sharir, vani aur man ke vyavahar mean koee banavatipan nahian rahana chahie.[1] usamean svabhavik sidhapan ho.
