is prakar jab ve pahale se nishchit kiye hue apane hi sanpraday ke arth ko saty manane lagate haian, aur yah siddh kar dikhane ka yatn karane lagate haian ki vahi arth ki sab dharmik granthoan mean pratipadit kiya gaya hai, tab ve is bat ki parava nahian karate ki ham mimaansashastr ke kuchh niyamoan ka ullanghan kar rahe haian. hindu dharmashastr ke mitakshara, dayabhag ityadi granthoan mean smriti vachanoan ki vyavastha ya ekata isi tattvanusar ki jati hai. aisa nahian samajhana chahiye ki yah bat keval hindu dharm granthoan mean hi paee jati hai. kristanoan ke adigranth baibal aur musalamanoan ke kuran mean bhi, in ke saik doan saanpradayik granthakaroan ne, aisa hi arthanantar kar diya hai; aur isi tarah eesaiyoan ne purani baibal ke kuchh vakyoan ka arth yahoodiyoan se bhinn mana hai. yahaan tak dekha jata hai ki, jab kabhi yah bat pahale se hi nishchit kar di jati hai ki kisi vishay par amuk granth ya lekh hi ko praman manana chahiye, aur jab kabhi is praman bhoot tatha niyamit granth hi ke adhar par sab batoan ka nirnay karana p data haian tab to grantharth- nirnay ki usi paddhati ka svikar kiya jata hai jisaka ullekh oopar kiya gaya hai. ajakal ke b de b de kayade- pandit, vakil aur nyayadhish log, pahale ki praman bhoot kanooni kitaboan aur phaisaloan ka arth karane mean, jo khianchatani karate haian usaka rahasy bhi yahi hai.
