prashn- yahaan ‘bhaktya yuktah’ ka kya abhipray hai?
uttar- ‘bhaktya yuktah’ ka arth hai bhakti se yukt. bhagavadvishayak anurag ka nam bhakti hai; jisamean bhakti hoti hai, vahi bhakti se yukt hai. anurag ya prem kisi-n-kisi premaspad mean hota hai. isase yah samajhana chahiye ki yahaan nirgun-nirakar brahm ki ahangrah-upasana ka arthath jnanayog ka prasang nahian hai, upasy-upasakabhav se ki jane vali bhakti ka prasang hai.
prashn- yogabal kya hai, bhrikuti ke madhy ka sthan kaun-sa hai aur pranoan ko vahaan achchhi tarah sthapan karana kise kahate haian tatha vah kis prakar kiya jata hai?
uttar- athavean shlok mean batalaya hua abhyasayog (ashtaangayog) hi ‘yog’ hai, yogabhyas se utpann jo yathayogy pran-sanchalan aur prananirodh ka samarthy hai, usaka nam ‘yogabal’ hai. donoan bhauhoan ke bich mean jahaan yogashastr ke janane vale purush ‘ajnachakr’ batalaya karate haian, vahi bhrikuti ke madhy ka sthan hai. kahate haian ki yah ajnachakr dvidal hai. isamean trikon yoni hai. agni, soory aur chandr isi trikon mean ekatr hote haian janakar yogi purush mahaprayan ke samay yogabal se pranoan ko yahian lakar sthiroop se niruddh kar dete haian. isi ka nam achchhi tarah pranoan ka sthapan karana hai. is prakar ajnachakr mean pranoan ka nirodh karana sadhan sapeksh hai. is ajnachakr ke samip sapt kosh haian, jinake nam haian- indu, bodhini, nad, ardhachandrika, mahanad, (somasooryagniroopini) kala aur unmani; pranoan ke dvara unmani kosh mean pahuanch jane par jiv param purush ko prapt ho jata hai. phir usaka paradhin hokar janm lena band ho jata hai. vah ya to janm leta hi nahian, leta hai to lokopakar ke liye svechchha se ya bhagavadichchha se.
is sadhan ki pranali kisi anubhavi yogi mahatma se hi jani ja sakati hai. kisi ko bhi keval pustak padhakar yogasadhana nahian karani chahiye, vaisa karane se labh ke badale hani ki hi adhik sambhavana hai.
