sambandh- ab bhagavanh poorv shlok ke varnananusar atma ko sarvashreshth samajhakar kamaroop vairi ko marane ke liye ajna dete haian- evan buddheah paran buddhva sanstabhyatmanamatmana.
uttar- manushyoan ka jnan anadikal se ajnan dvara avrit ho raha hai; is karan ve apane atm svaroop ko bhoole huye haian. svayan sabase shreshth hote hue bhi apani shakti ko bhoolakar kamaroop vairi ke vash mean ho rahe haian. lokaprasiddhi se aur shastroan dvara sunakar bhi log atma ko vastav mean sabase shreshth nahian manate; yadi atmasvaroop ko bhali-bhaanti samajh lean to ragaroop kam ka sahaj hi nash ho jay. atev atmasvaroop ko samajhana hi ise marane ka pradhan upay haian isiliye bhagavanh ne atma ko buddhi se bhi atyant shreshth samajhakar kam ko marane ke liye kaha hai. atmatattv bahut hi goodh hai. mahapurushoan dvara samajhaye jane par koee sookshmadarshi manushy hi ise samajh sakata hai. kathorapanishadh mean kaha hai ki ‘sab bhootoan ke aandar chhipa hua yah atma unake pratyaksh nahian hota, keval sookshmadarshi purush hi atyant tikshn buddhi dvara ise pratyaksh kar sakate haian.’[1] prashn- yahaan ‘atmanamh’ ka arth man aur ‘atmana’ ka arth ‘buddhi’ kis karan se kiya gaya hai? uttar- sharir, indriy, man, buddhi aur jiv- in sabhi ka vachak atma hai. unamean se sarvapratham indriyoan ko vash mean karane ke liye ikatalisavean shlok mean kaha ja chuka hai. sharir indriyoan ke antargat a hi gaya, jivatma svayan vash mean karane vala hai. ab bache man aur buddhi; buddhi ko man se balavanh kaha hai, atah isake dvara man ko vash mean kiya ja sakata hai. isiliye ‘atmanamh’ ka arth ‘man’ aur ‘atmana’ ka arth ‘buddhi’ kiya gaya hai. prashn- buddhi ke dvara man ko vash mean karane ki kya riti hai? uttar- bhagavanh ne chhathe adhyay mean man ko vash mean karane ke liye abhyas aur vairagy- ye do upay batalaye haian.[2] pratyek indriy ke vishay mean manushy ka svabhavik rag-dvesh rahata hai, vishayoan ke sath indriyoan ka sambandh hote samay jab-jab rag-dvesh ka avasar ave tab–tab b di savadhani ke sath buddhi se vichar karate hue rag–dvesh ka avasar ave tab–tab b di savadhani ke sath buddhi se vichar karate huye rag dvesh ke vash mean n hone ki cheshta rakhane se shanaiah-shanaiah rag-dvesh kam hote chale jate haian. yahaan buddhi se vicharakar indriyoan ke bhogoan mean duahkh aur doshoan ka bar-bar darshan karakar man ki unamean aruchi utpann karana vairagy hai aur vyavaharakal mean svarth ke tyag ki aur dhyan ke samay man ko parameshvar ke chintan mean lagane ki cheshta rakhana aur man ko bhogoan ki pravritti se hatakar parameshvar ke chintan mean bar-bar niyukt karana abhyas hai. |
