mangal prabhat shri bhagavan kahate haian - karm-phal thyagakar karttavhy-karm karane vala manushhy sannhyasi kahalata hai aur yogi bhi kahalata hai. jo kriya matr ka thyag kar baithata hai, vah alasi hai. asali bat to hai man ke gho de dau dana chho dane ki. jo yog arthat samathv ko sadhana chahata hai usaki karm bina gujar hi nahian. jise samathv prapht ho gaya hai, vah shaant dikhaee deta hai. tathpary, usake vichar matr mean karm ka bal a gaya rahata hai. jab manushhy iandriy ke vishayoan mean ya karm mean asakht n ho aur man ki sari tarangoan ko chho d de tab kahana chahie ki usane yog sadha hai, vah yogaroodh hua hai. atma ka uddhar athma se hi hota hai. tab kah sakate haian ki athma shvayan hi apana shatru banata hai aur mitr banata hai. jisane man ko jita hai, usaka athma mitr hai, jisane nahian jita hai, usaka athma shatru hai. man ko jitane vale ki pahachan hai ki usake lie saradi-garami, sukh-du:kh, man-apaman sab ek saman hote haian. yogi usaka nam hai, jise jnan hai, anubhav hai, jo avichal haian. jisane iandriyoan par vijay paee hai, aur jisake lie sona, mitti ya paththar saman hai. vah shatru-mitr, sadhu- asadhu ithyadi ke prati samabhav rakhata hai. aisi sthiti ko pahuanchane ke lie man sthir karana, vasanaean thyagana aur ekaant mean baithakar paramathma ka dhhyan karana chahie. keval asan adi hi bas nahian haian. samathv–prapti ke ichhchhukoan ko brahmacharyadi mahavratoan ka bhali prakar palan karana chahie. yoan asanabaddh hue yam-niyamoan ka palan karane-vale manushhy ko apana man paramathma mean sthir karane se param shaanti prapht hoti hai. yah samathv thooans-thooansakar khane vala to nahian pa sakata, par kore upavas se bhi nahian milata, n bahut sone vale ko milata hai, vaise hi bahut jagane se bhi hath nahian ata. samathv-prapti ke ichhchhuk ko to sab mean - khane mean, pine mean, sone-jagane mean bhi maryada ki raksha karani chahie. ek din khoob khaya aur doosare din upavas; ek din khoob soye aur doosare din jagaran; ek din khoob kam karana aur doosare din alasana, yah yog ki nishani nahian hai. yogi to sadaiv sthirachitt hota hai aur kamana matr ka vah anayas thyag kiye rahata hai. aisi yogi ki sthiti nirvat shthan mean dipak ki bhaanti sthir rahati hai. use jag ke khel athava apane man mean uthane vale vicharoan ki laharean davaandol nahian kar sakatian. dhire-dhire kiantu dridhatapoorvak prayathn karane se yah yog sadh sakata hai. man chanchal hai, isase idhar-udhar dau data hai, use dhire-dhire sthir karana chahie. |
