(4.8) sarvatratmeshvaranvikshaan kaivalyamaniketatamh.
vivikt-chir-vasanan santoshan yen kenachith॥[1]
sarvatr atmeshvaranvikshamh- atma aur eeshvar ko sarvatr dekhane ka abhyas. apana roop sarvatr bhara hai, parameshvar ka roop sarvatr bhara hai, yahi dekhane ke lie hamane samaj mean janm paya hai, n ki ek doosare ke viruddh kam karane ke lie. isaka abhyas karana chahie.
kaivalyamh- duniya mean keval ham hi haian. samane anek log dikhate haian, phir bhi sarvatr ham hi haian. duniya mano ek darpan hai. darpan mean dikhane vala roop hamara hi hota hai. vaise hi yah sari duniya hamara pratibimb hai. jaise ham haian, vaisi duniya hai. sari jimmevari hamari hi hai. ham hi duniya mean vyavahar kar rahe haian. isi ka nam hai ‘kaivaly’.
aniketatamh- isaka arth ghar chho dana karean to mamala mushkil ho jaega. matalab yah hoga ki bhagavat dharm ke varan ke lie koee ghar hi n banae. lekin aisi bat nahian. aniketata ka arth hai, ghar ki asakti n hona- grihasakti n hona. gita mean bhi ata hai :
'aniketah sthiramatiah bhaktimanh me priyo narah.
‘jo manashy aniket hai, bina gharavala hai aur sthiramati hai yani jisaki buddhi sthir hai, vah mujhe atyant priy hai’- aisa bhagavan ne gita mean kaha hai. aniket ka doosara arth hai, satat ghoomane vala. kahian bhi rahe, sthan ki asakti n rakhe- isi ka nam hai ‘aniketata’.
phir ek chhoti si chij hai, vah bhi batayi hai : vivikt chir-vasanamh- sada kap da pahanean. ashyarch ki bat hai ki bhagavat dharm mean jahaan adau manasah asanagan jaisi b di-b di batean kahian, vahaan aisi chhoti si bhi bat kahi ja rahi hai. aj ke zamane ke anusar isaka arth karane ko kahean to maian yahi karooanga ki ‘khadi pahano’. bhagavat ke zamane mean to khadi ke siva kuchh tha hi nahian. aj tarah-tarah ke kap doan se deh ko sajate haian. par bhagavat kahati hai ki sade kap de pahanean, yani deh ko n sajayean. keval shit-ushnadi se raksha karane ke lie kap da hai ya hai lajja raksha ke lie.
santoshan yen kenachith-jis kisi sthiti mean hamean rahana p de, usi mean ham parakram karean, sharir-shram karean, pramanik dhandha karake kamaee karean aur jo kuchh mile, usi mean santosh manean.
