tilak ke anusar-[ann se indriyoan ka poshan hota hai. atev nirahar ya upavas karane se indriyaan ashakt hokar apane-apane vishayoan ka sevan karane mean asamarth ho jati haian. par is riti se vishayopabhog ka chhootana keval jabardasti ki, ashaktata ki, bahy kriya huee. isase man ki vishayavasana (ras) kuchh kam nahian hoti, isaliye yah vasana jisase nasht ho us brahmajnan ki prapti karana chahiye; is prakar brahm ka anubhav ho jane par man evan usake sath hi sath indriyaan bhi ap hi ap tabe mean rahati hai; indriyoan ko tabe mean rakhane ke liye nirahar adi upay avashyak nahian,-yahi is shlok ka bhavarth hai. aur, yahi arth age chhathe adhyay ke shlok mean spashtata se varnit hai[1], ki yogi ka ahar niyamit rahe, vah ahar-vihar adi ko bilakul hi n chho d de. saraansh, gita ka yah siddhaant dhyan mean rakhana chahiye, ki sharir ko krish karane vale nirahar adi sadhan ekaangi hai, atev ve tyajy hai; niyamit ahar-vihar aur brahmajnan hi indriy-nigrah ka uttam sadhan hai. is shlok mean ras shabd ka ‘jihva se anubhav [2]?kiya jane vala mithaan, kaduva, ityadi ras’ aisa arth karake kuchh log yah arth karate haian, ki upavasoan se shesh indriyoan ke vishay yadi chhoot bhi jayan, to bhi jihva ka ras arthat khane-pine ki ichchha kam n hokar bahut dinoan ke nirahar se aur bhi adhik tivr ho jati hai. aur, bhagavat mean aise arth ka ek shlok bhi hai[3]. par hamari ray mean gita ke is shlok ka aisa arth karana thik nahian. kyoanki, doosare charan se vah mel nahian khata. isake atirikt bhagavat mean ‘ras’ shabd nahian ‘rasanan’ shabd hai aur gita ke shlok ka doosara charan bhi vahaan nahian hai. atev, bhagavat aur gita ke shlok ko ekarthak man lena uchit nahian hai. ab age ke do shlokoan mean aur adhik spasht kar batalate haian, ki bina brahmasakshatkar ke poora-poora indriy-nigrah ho nahian sakata hai-] |
