yah dosh samaj ka hai, niti ka nahi. isi se chatur purush shuddh aur nith‍y niti dharmoan se jhag da n macha kar aise prayath‍n kiya karate haian ki jinase samaj ooancha uthata hua poorn avash‍tha mean ja pahuanche. lobhi manushh‍y ke samaj mean is prakar bartate samay hi nith‍y niti-dharmoan ke kuchh apavad yadyapi aparihary man kar hamare shash‍troan mean batalaye gaye haian, tathapi isake liye shash‍troan mean prayashchit bhi batalaye gaye haian. paranh‍tu pashchimi adhibhautik nitishash‍trajn inh‍hian upavadoan ko moochhoan par tav de kar pratipadan karate haian, evan in apavadoan ka nishchiy karate samay ve upayog mean ane vale bahy phaloan ke taratamh‍y ke tattv ko hi bhram se niti ka mool tattv manate haian. ab pathak samajh jayange ki pichhale prakanoan mean hamane aisa bhed kh‍yoan dikhalaya hai. yah batala diya ki sthitaprajn jnani purush ki buddhi aur usaka bartav hi niti shash‍tr ka adhar hai, evan yah bhi batala diya ki usase nikalanevali niti ke niyamoan ko-unake nith‍y hone par bhi-samaj ki apoorn avash‍tha mean tho da bahut badalana p data hai; tatha is riti se badale jane par bhi niti-niyamoan ki nith‍yata mean us parirvatan se koee badha nahian ati. ab is pahale prashh‍n ka vichar karate haian ki sthitaprajn[1] jnani purush apoorn avash‍tha ke samaj mean jo bartav karata hai, usaka mool athava bij tattv kh‍ya hai.

chauthe prakaran mean kah aye haian ki yah vichar do prakar se kiya ja sakata hai; ek to karta ki buddhi ko pradhan man kar aur doosare usake oopari bartav se. inamean se, yadi keval doosari hi drishti se chiar karean to vidit hoga ki sthitaprajn jo vh‍yavahar karata hai, ve pray: sab logoan ke hit ke hi hote haian. gita mean do bar kaha gaya hai ki param jnani sath‍purush ‘sarvabhootahite rata:’- prani matr ke kalh‍yan mean nimagh‍n rahate haian.[2]; aur mahabharat mean bhi yahi arth anh‍y kee sh‍thanoan mean aya hai ham oopar kah chuke haian ki sthitaprajn siddh purush ahiansa adi jin niyamoan ka palan karata hai, vahi dharm athava sadachar ka namoona hai in ahiansa adi niyamoan ka prayojan, athava is dharm ka lakshan batalate hue mahabharat mean dharm ka bahari upayog dikhalane vale aise anek vachan haian,-‘’ ahiansa sath‍yavachanan sarvabhoot‍hitan paramh’’[3]– ahiansa aur sath‍yabhashan ki niti pranimatr ke hit ke liye hai; ‘’dharanaddharmamith‍yahu:’’[4]-jagat ka dharan karane se dharm hai; ‘’dharme hi shrey ith‍yahu: ‘’[5]-kalh‍yan hi dharm hai; ‘’prabhavarthay bhootanaan dharmapravachanan kritamh’’[6]-logoan ke abhh‍yuday ke liye hi dharm-adharmashash‍tr bana hai; athava ‘’lokayatrarthameveh dharmash‍y niyam: krit. ubhayatr sukhodark:" (sha.258. 4).
