isi se jnani aur viveki purush, samanh‍y logoan ke saman, phal ki asakti apana abhilasha to nahian rakhate; kinh‍tu ve log jagath ke vh‍yavahar ki siddhi ke liye, pravah-patit karm ka (arthath karm anadi pravah mean shash‍tr se prapt yathadhikar karm ka) jo chhota-b da bhag mile use hi, shantipoorvak karttavh‍y samajh kar kiya karate haian. aur, phal pane ke liye, karm-sanyog par (athava bhakti-drishti se parameshh‍var ki ichh‍chha par). nirbhar hokar nishchint rahate haian “tera adhikar keval karm karane ka hai, phal hona tere adhikar ki bat nahian”[1] ith‍yadi upadesh jo arjun ko kiya hai, usaka rahash‍y bhi yahi hai. is prakar phalasha ko th‍yag kar karm karate rahane par, age kuchh karanoan se kadachith karm nishphal ho jaany; to nishh‍phalata ka du:kh manane ke liye hamean koee karan hi nahian rahata, kyoanki ham to apane adhikar ka kam kar chuke. udaharan lijiye; vaidyashash‍tr ka mat hai, ki ayu ki dor (sharir ki poshan karane vali naisargik dhatuoan ki shakti) sabal rahe bina niri oshadhiyoan se kabhi fayada nahian hota; aur is dor ki sabalata anek praktan athava pushh‍taini sansh‍karoan ka phal hai.

yah bat vaidy ke hath se hone yogh‍y nahian, aur use isaka nishchayath‍mak jnan ho bhi nahian sakata. aisa hote hue bhi, ham prath‍yaksh dekhate haian, ki rogi logoan ko oshadhi dena apana karttavh‍y samajh kar keval paropakar ki buddhi se, vaidy apani buddhi ke anusar haja़roan rogiyoan ko davaee diya karate haian. is prakar nishh‍kam-buddhi se kam karane par, yadi koee rogi changa n ho, to isase vah vaidy udvign nahian hota; balki b de shanh‍t chitt se yah shash‍triy niyam dhooandh nikalata hai, ki amuk rog mean amuk oshadhi se bhi saik de itane rogiyoan ko aram hota hai. paranh‍tu isi vaidy ka l daka jab bimar p data hai, tab use oshadhi dete samay vah ayushh‍y ki dor-vali bat bhool jata hai aur mamatayukt phalasha se usaka chitt ghab da jata hai ki “mera l daka achh‍chha ho jay.“ isi se use ya to doosara vaidy bulana p data hai, ya doosare vaidy ki salah ki avashh‍yakata hoti hai. is chhote se udaharan se jnat hoga, ki karmaphal mean mamataroop a‍sakti kise kahana chahiye aur phalasha n rahane par bhi niri kartavh‍y–buddhi se koee bhi kam kis prakar kiya ja sakata hai. is prakar phalasha ko nashth karane ke liye yadyapi jnan ki se man mean vairagh‍y ka bhav atal hona chahiye; parantu kisi kap de ka rang (rag) door karane ke liye jis prakar koee kap de ko pha dana uchit nahian samajhata; usi prakar yah kahane se ki ‘kisi karm mean asakti, kam, sang, rag athava priti n rakho, us karm ko hi chho d dena thik nahian.
