kuchh bhi ho ; isamean sandeh nahian ki kshetr shabd se sab logoan ko ek hi arth abhipret hai; jaise, manasik aur sharirik sab dravyoan aur gunoan ka pranaroopi vishisht chetanayukt jo samuday hai usi ko kshetr kahate haian. sharir shabd ka upayog mrit deh ke liye bhi kiya jata hai; atev is vishay ka vichar karate samay 'kshetr’ shabd hi ka adhik upayog kiya jata hai, kyoanki vah sharir shabd se bhinn hai. 'kshetr’ ka mool arth khet hai; parantu prastut prakaran mean ’savikar aur sajiv manushy deh’ ke arth mean usaka lakshanik upayog kiya gaya hai. pahale jise hamane ’b da karakhana’ kaha hai, vah yahi ’savikar aur sajiv manushy deh’ hai. bahar ka mal bhitar lene ke liye aur karakhane ke bhitar ka mal bahar bhejane ke liye, jnanendriyaan us karakhane ke yathakram dvar haian; aur man, buddhi, ahankar evan chetana us karakhane mean kam karane vale naukar haian. ye naukar jo kuchh vyavahar karate haian ya karate haian; unhean is kshetr ke vyapar, vikar athava dharm kahate haian.

is prakar ’kshetr’ shabd ka arth nishchit ho jane par yah prashn sahaj hi uthata hai ki, yah kshetr athava khet hai kisaka? is karakhane ka koee svami bhi hai ya nahian? atma shabd ka upayog bahudh man, aantahkaran tatha svayan apane liye bhi kiya jata hai; parantu usaka pradhan arth ’kshetrajn’ athava ’sharir ka svami’ hi hai. manushy ke jitane vyapar hua karate haian- chahe ve manasik hoan ya sharirik- ve sab usaki buddhi adi antariandriyaan, chakshu adi jnaneanndriyaan, tatha hast pad adi kameanndriyaan hi kiya karati haian. indriyoan ke is samooh mean buddhi aur man sab se shreshth haian. parantu, yadyapi ve shreshth haian, tathapi any indriyoan ke saman ve bhi mool mean j d deh ya prakriti ke hi vikar haian[1].atev, yadyapi man aur buddhi sab mean shreshth haian, tathapi unase apane apane vishisht vyapar ke atirikt aur kuchh karate dharate nahian banata ; aur n kar sakana sanbhav hi hai.
