asanyatatmana yogo dushprap iti me mati: . vyakhya- arjun ne dhyanayog ke siddh hone mean man ki chanchalata ko badhak man liya. vastav mean man ki chanchalata utani badhak nahian hai, jitana man ka vash mean n hona badhak hai. pativrata stri man ko ekagr nahian karati, pratyut man ko vash mean rakhati hai. man ekagr hone se (antahkaran mean sthit rag ke karan) siddhiyaan ati haian, jisase j data ke sath sambandh bana rahata hai. doosari bat, man ko ekagr karane ke liye abhyas avashyak hai, jo j data ki sahayata ke bina sambhav nahian hai, tisari bat, ekagr hone par man kuchh samay ke liye niruddh ho jata hai, jisase phir vyutthan ho jata hai. yah vyutthan j data se sambandh hone ke karan hi hota hai. tatpary hai ki man ekagr hone se j data se sambandh-vichchhed nahian hota. parantu rag ka nash hone par j data se sambandh-vichchhed ho jata hai. isaliye bhagavan ke mat mean man ki ekagrata mahattv nahian hai, pratyut rag rahit hone ka mahattv hai. man ko vash mean arthat shuddh karane ke do upay haian- kahian bhi rag-dvesh n hona aur sabamean bhagavanh ko dekhana. jab tak sadhak ke bhitar rag-dvesh rahate haian, tab tak vah sabamean bhagavanh ko nahian dekh pata. jab tak sadhak sab mean bhagavan ko nahian dekhata, tab tak man sarvatha vash mean nahian hota. karan ki jab tak sadhak ki drishti mean ek bhagavan ke sivay doosari satta ki manyata rahati hai, tab tak man ka sarvatha nirodh nahian ho sakata. ayati: shraddhayopeto yogachchalitamanas: . |
