23.shaknotihaiv yah sodhuan prakshariravimokshanath .
kamakrodhoddhavan vegan s yuktah s sukhi narah ॥

jo manushy sharir tyag karane se pahale yahian ichchha aur krodh ke aveshoan ka pratirodh karane mean samarth hai, vah yogi hai, vah sukhi hai.vah anasakt, jisase antarik shanti, svatantrata aur sukh utpann hote haian, yahaan prithvi par bhi prapt ki ja sakati hai; us samay bhi, jabaki ham sasharir jivan bita rahe hoan. manav-jivan ke madhy bhi antarik shanti prapt ki ja sakati hai.

24.yoantahsukhoantararamastathantajryotirev yah .
s yogi brahmanirvanan brahmabhootoadhigachchhati ॥

jo manushy apane andar hi sukh prapt kar leta hai, jo apane andar hi anand pata hai aur isi prakar jo apane andar hi jyoti pa leta hai, vah yogi brahm-roop ho jata hai aur vah bhagavanh ke param anand (brahm-nirvan) ko prapt karata hai. yogi apane andar vidyaman shashvat brahm ki chetana ke sath milakar ek ho jata hai. agale shlok se yah dhvanit hota hai ki yah nirvan keval shoonyamatr ho jana nahian hai; yah ek jnan aur apane oopar adhikar se poorn ek sakaratmak dasha hai.

25.labhante brahmanirvanamrishayah kshinakalmasha.
chhinnedvaidha yatatmanah sarvabhootahite rataah॥

he pavitr manushy, jinake pap nasht ho ge haian aur jinake sanshay (dvait) chhinn-bhinn ho ge haian, jinake man anushasit haian aur jo sab praniyoan ka bhala karane mean anand lete haian, ve paramatma ke param anand (brahm-nirvan) ko prapt karate haian. sarvabhootahite rataah: jo atma jnan aur shanti ko prapt kar leti hai, vahi premamayi aur karunamayi atma bhi hoti hai. jo manushy sare astitv ko bhagavanh mean dekhata hai, vah patitoan tatha aparadhiyoan mean bhi brahm ko dekhata hai aur gambhir prem aur sahanubhooti ke sath vah unake pas jata hai.doosaroan ka bhala karana unhean bhautik suvidhaean prapt karana ya unake rahan-sahan ke star ko ooancha uthana nahian hai; yah doosaroan ko unaki sachchi prakriti ko pahachanane aur unhean sachcha sukh prapt karane mean sahayata dena hai. us shashvat brahm ka, jisamean ham sab nivas karate haian, chintan apane sathi-praniyoan ki seva ki bhavana ka utsah aur pushti pradan karata hai. sare kary bhagavanh ke lie haian, jagadh-hitay krishnay. sansar ko jitane ka arth paralokaparayan ho jana nahian hai; isaka arth samajik jimmedariyoan se bachana nahian hai.gita mean dharm ke vaiyaktik aur samajik, donoan pakshoan par jor diya gaya hai. vaiyaktik roop se hamean apane andar brahm ki khoj karani chahie aur use manav mean ramane dena chahie; samajik drishti se samaj ko brahm ki pratima ke sammukh vinat kiya jana chahie. vyakti ko apani svatantrata aur vilakshanata mean panapana chahie aur use pratyek vyakti ke yahaan tak ki kshudratam vyakti ke gaurav ko bhi pahachanana chahie. manushy ko keval atma ke jagath tak oopar gaurav ko bhi pahachanana chahie. manushy ko keval atma ke jagath tak oopar arohan nahian karana hai, apitu jantu-jagath tak niche bhi utarana hai.[1]
