shraddhatray vibhag yog


aharastvapi sarvasy trividho bhavati priy: .
yajnastapastatha danan teshaan bhedamiman shrrinu ॥7॥

samast ahar to ek hi haian, par he vir shiromani! ab maian tumakoan yah batalata hooan ki ve trividh kis tarah hote haian. bhojan karane vale ki ruchi ke anusar ann banata hai tatha bhojan karane vala gunoan ka das bana rahata hai. jo jiv karta aur bhokta hota hai, vah trigunoan ke karan svabhavatah trividh arthath tin prakar ka hota hai aur yahi karan hai ki vah tin prakar se acharan karata hai. isiliye ahar bhi tin prakar ka hota hai. thik isi prakar yajn bhi tin prakar ke hote haian. tap aur dan ke vyavahar bhi trividh hi hote haian. ab maian sarvapratham ahar ke lakshan batalata hooan. ye lakshan bahut hi sugam karake batalaye jayange, man lagakar suno.[1]

daivayogath bhokta ki pravritti yadi sattvagun ki or ho to usaki ruchi madhur ras mean badhati hai. jo khady padarth svabhavatah suras, madhur ras se paripoorn tatha pake hue hote haian, jo bedhange akar mean nahian hote, jo sparsh mean atyant komal pratit hote haian tatha jihva ko uttam aur svadisht jan p date haian aur jinamean ka drav-aansh apane sthan par hi agni ke tap se sookh jata hai, jo akar aur pariman ki drishti se dekhane mean chhote hi hote haian, par jo ant mean hitakarak hote haian, jo gurumukh se niahsarit shabdoan ki tarah atyalp hone par bhi apar samadhan karate haian tatha jo andar jakar udar ke liye bhi utane hi anandadayak hote haian, jitane ve khane mean mukh ko madhur lagate haian, un sab khady vastuoan ke prati sattvik manushyoan ki atyadhik ruchi rahati hai. jo ann is prakar ke lakshanoan se yukt ho, usi ko sattvik janana chahiye. aisa ann anavarat ayu ki raksha karata hai. is prakar ka sattvik rasaroopi megh jab deh mean apani vrishti karata hai, tab ayushyaroopi nadi dinodin vriddhi ko prapt hoti hai. he suvijn! jaise din ki vriddhi ka karan divakar hota hai, vaise hi sattv ko poshan pradan karane vala is tarah ka ahar hota hai aur yahi ahar sharir tatha man ke bal ka adhar hota hai. jab is prakar ke ahar ka sevan ho, tab phir rog kahaan se prakat ho sakate haian? jab aisa ahar prapt hota hai, tab yah achchhi tarah jan lena chahiye ki usake sharir ka arogy bhogane ka bhagyoday ho aya hai. manushy is prakar ke ahar ke karan svayan bhi sukh bhogata hai aur anyoan ko bhi sukhi karata hai. aisa ahar sharir ke bahyabhyantar ke liye atyant upakarak hota hai. prasangavash ab maian yah bhi batalata hooan ki rajoguni manushyoan ki abhiruchi kis prakar ke ann ke prati hoti hai.[2]
