is prakar ke log apane tatha doosaroan ke sharir ko jo-jo klesh pahuanchate haian, un sabaki sari pi da mujh atma ko hi hoti hai. vastav mean aise papiyoan ka sampark vani se bhi nahian hone dena chahiye; par ye samast batean isaliye kahana avashyak hua hai ki sabako is bat ka bodh ho jay ki aise papiyoan se sada door rahana chahiye aur isaliye is samay unaka ullekh kiye bina kam hi nahian chal sakata. dekho, mare hue sharir ko hathoan se uthakar ghar se bahar nikalana p data hai, antyaj ko marg batalane ke liye usake sath batean karani p dati haian, sirph yahi nahian, balki mal ka prakshalan hathoan se karana p data hai, par yah asha bani rahati hai ki ye sab kam karake ham shuddh ho jayange aur isiliye jaise ham is tarah ki batoan mean koee apashakun nahian manate, vaise hi asuri svabhav ko door karane ke liye hi yahaan usaka varnan kiya gaya hai.

isaliye he parth! yadi kabhi aise asuroan ki mulakat tumhean ho jay to us samay tum hamara smaran karo, kyoanki is pap ki nivritti kisi any prayashchitth se nahian ho sakati. isiliye jis sattvik shraddha ka maian abhi vivechan karana chahata hooan, usaka samyakh prakar se sangrah aur rakshan karana chahiye. etadarth aise hi logoan ka sang karana chahiye jinase sattvagun ko bal prapt ho tatha aise hi ahar ka sevan karana chahiye, jisase sattvagun ki vriddhi ho. prayah yahi dekha jata hai ki svabhav ki vriddhi ko bal pradan karane vala ann ke alava any koee sadhan nahian hai. he vir shiromani! yah to pratyaksh hi dikhayi deta hai ki jisaka hosh thikane ho, vah jab madira ka sevan kar leta hai, tab tatkal hi vah unmatt ho jata hai. jo sada ann-ras ka grahan karata hai, use sahaj hi vat ityadi vikar gras lete haian. yadi kisi vyakti ko bhishan jvar sata raha ho to kya vah jvar doodh ityadi ke sevan se kam hota hai? jaise amrit pine se manushy mrityu se bach jata hai athava vish jaise samast aangoan mean pahuanchakar unhean vishakt kar deta hai, thik vaise hi jis tarah ke ahar ka grahan kiya jay, usi tarah ka dhatu-ras banata hai aur dhatu-ras ke anusar hi manushy ke chitt mean bhavanaoan ka (svabhav ka) poshan hota hai. jaise patr ke garam hone par usamean rakha hua jal bhi garam ho jata hai, thik vaise hi chitt ki vrittiyoan par dhatu-ras ka sanskar hota hai. at: jab sattvik ann grahan kiya jay, tabhi sattvagun ki vriddhi hoti hai tatha any prakar ke annoan ka sevan karane se chittavritti rajas athava tamas hoti hai. ab tum dhyanapoorvak suno ki sattvik ahar kaun-se haian tatha rajas-tamas aharoan ke lakshan kya haian.[1]
