shashth pramanavadiyoan ke yahaan sarvatr yah niyam nahian hai ki abhav anupalabdhigamy hi hai, kyoanki vyap ka bhav se vyapy ke abhav ko aur karanabhav se karyabhav ko anumey man liya gaya hai arthat yadi vakshyaman tattat bhattapadadi vriddhoan ki sammati se abhav ka pramanantaragamyata bhi hai, to yogyanupalabdhi gamyasthal mean hi pratiyogi grahak dvara adhikaran ke grahan ka niyam hai, kyoanki abhav ki upalabdhi ka vyap ki bhoot jo anupalabdhi adi karan hai, usake atirikt indriyadiroop karan ki pushkalata hi yogyata hai aur indriy usaka antahpati hone ke karan usake abhav mean bhi yogyata n banegi. jahaan pramanantaragamyata hoti hai, vahaan usake bina bhi abhav ka grahan ho sakata hai, jaise vyap ka bhav se vyapyabhav ka anuman. is vishay mean bhattapad likhate haian ki agni aur dhoomaroop bhav ke niyamyatattv-niyantritv jaise mane jate haian, ve hi niyamyatv aur niyantritv agni-dhoom sambandhi abhav ke viparit pratit hota hai. bhavavastha mean dhoom niyanta aur agni niyamy hota hai aur abhav mean isake viparit sthiti hoti hai arthat jab dhoomabhav niyamy aur agni ka abhav niyanta hota hai-
‘‘viparyayabhavastu yuktoanumatuan hetvabhave phalabhav iti.’’ at ev sthal vishesh mean ananyatha siddhi anvay-vyatirek bal se anupalabdhi ki abhav pratiti mean karanata nishchit hoti hai. prakrit mean svapushkal karan se karyotpatti ho sakati hai, tab pratibandh ka bhav ko karan manana avashyak nahian hai aur is mat mean anyonyashrayata ka varan karana bhi kathin hoga. |
