he prithanandan! kya tumane ekagrachitt se isako suna? aur he dhananjay! kya tumhara ajnan se utpann moh nasht hua?

arjun uvach-
nashto moh: smritirlabdha tvatprasadanmayachyut .
sthitoasmi gatasandeh: karishye vachanan tav ॥73॥

arjun bole- he achyut! apaki kripa se mera moh nasht ho gaya hai aur maianne smriti prapt kar li hai. maian sandeh rahit hokar sthit hooan. ab maian. apaki ajna ka palan karooanga.

vyakhya- laukik smriti to vismriti ki apeksha se kahi jati hai, par alaukik tattv ki samriti vismriti ki apeksha se nahian hai, pratyut anubhavaroop hai. is tattv ki nirapeksh smriti arthat anubhav hi yahaan ‘smritirlabdha’ kaha gaya hai.

vastav mean tattv ki vismriti nahian hoti, pratyut vimukhata hoti hai. tatpary hai ki pahale jnan tha, phir usaki vismriti ho gayi- is tarah tattv ki vismriti nahian hoti. yadi aisi vismriti manean to smriti hone ke bad punah vismriti ho jayagi. isaliye gita mean aya hai- ‘yajjnatva n punarmohamh’[1]arthat use jan lene ke bad phir moh nahian hota. abhavaroop asat ko bhavaroop manakar mahattv dene se tattv ki taraph se vritti hat gayi- isi ko ‘vismriti’ kah dete haian. vritti ka hatana athava lagana bhi sadhak ki drishti se hai, tattv ki drishti se nahian. tattv ki drishti se vritti hate athava lage, tattv jyoan-ka-tyoan hi rahata hai. abhavaroop asat ko abhavaroop hi man lean to bhavaroop tattv svatah jyoan-ka-tyoan rah jata hai.

jiv anadikal se svatah paramatma hai. use keval sansar ke ashray ka tyag karana hai. arjun ko mukhyaroop se bhaktiyog ki smriti huee hai. karmayog tatha jnanayog to sadhan haian, par bhaktiyog sadhy hai. isaliye bhaktiyog ki smriti hi vastavik hai. bhaktiyog ki smriti hai-‘vasudevah’[2]. atah ek vasudev ke sivay kuchh bhi nahian hai- isaka anubhav hona hi ‘smritirlabdha’ hai. yah anubhav keval bhagavatkripa se hi hota hai- ‘tvatprasadath’. vachan simit hote haian, par kripa asim hoti hai.

chintan mean to kartritv hota hai, par smriti mean kartritv nahian hai. karan ki chintan man mean hota hai. man se pare buddhi hai, buddhi se pare aham hai aur aham se pare svaroop hai. us svaroop mean smriti hoti hai. svaroop kartritv rahit chintan to ham karate haian, par smriti mean keval drishti udhar jati hai. tattv mean vismriti nahian hai, isaliye drishti udhar jate hi smriti ho jati hai.

‘sthitoasmi gatasandehah’- arjun ko pahale kshatradharm ki drishti se yuddh karana thik dikhata tha. phir gurujanoan ke samane ane se yuddh karana pap dikhane laga. parantu smriti prapt hote hi sab ulajhanean mit gayian. maian kaya karooan? yuddh karooan ya nahian karooan? mera kalyan kisamean hai?- yah sandeh bilakul nahian raha. ab arjun ke liye kuchh karana shesh nahian raha, pratyut keval bhagavan ki ajna ka palan karana hi shesh raha- ‘karishye vachanan tav’. yahi sharanagati hai.
