yadi yah saty man lean ki “nityamev sukhan svarge’’ to isi ke age[1]yah bhi kaha hai ki “sukhan duahkhamihobhayamh’’ arthath is sansar mean sukh aur duahkh donoan mishrit haian. isi ke anusar samarth shriramadas svami ne bhi kaha hai “he vicharavan manushy! is bat ko achchhi tarah soch kar dekh le, ki is sansar mean poorn sukhi kaun hai.’’ isake siva draupadi ne satyabhama ko yah upadesh diya hai ki-

sukhan sukheneh n jatu labhyan duahkhen sadhvi labhate sukhani .

arthat’’ sukh se sukh kabhi nahian milata; sadhvi stri ko sukh-prapti ke liye duahkh ya kasht sahana p data hai’’ [2]; isase kahana p dega ki yah upadesh is sansar ke anubhav ke anusar saty hai. dekhiye, yadi jamun kisi ke oanth par bhi dhar diya jay, to bhi usako khane ke liye pahale muanh kholana p data hai; aur yadi muanh mean chala jaye to use khane ka kasht sahana hi p data hai! saraansh, yah bat siddh hai ki duahkh ke bad sukh pane vale manushy ke sukhasvadan mean bahut bhari aantar hai. isaka karan yah hai ki hamesha sukh ka upabhog karate rahane se sukh ka anubhav karane vali iandriyaan bhi shithil ho jati haian. kaha bhi hai kiah-

prayen shrimataan loke bhoktuan shaktirn vidyate . kashthanyapi hi jiryante daridranaan ch sarvash: ..

arthat “shrimanoan mean susvadu ann ko sevan karane ki bhi shakti nahian rahati, parantu garib log lak di ko bhi pacha jate haian’’ [3]. atev jabaki ham ko is sansar ke hi vyavaharoan ka vichar karana hai tab kahana p data hai ki is prashn ko adhik hal karate rahane mean koee labh nahian ki bina duahkh paye hamesha sukh ka anubhav kiya ja sakata hai ya nahian? is sansar mean yahi kram sada se dekh p d raha hai ki, “sukhasyanantaran duahkhan duahkhasyanantaran sukham’’[4] arthat sukh ke bad duahkh aur duahkh ke bad sukh mila hi karata hai. aur mahakavi kalidas ne bhi meghadoot [5] mean varnan kiya hai-

kasyaikaantan sukhamupanatan duahkhamekaantato va . nichairgachchhatyupari ch dasha chakranemikramen .

“kisi ki bhi sthiti hamesha sukhamay ya hamesha duahkhamay nahian hoti. sukh-duahkh ki dasha, pahiye ke saman oopar aur niche ki or, hamesha badalati rahati hai.’’ ab chahe yah duahkh hamare sukh ke mithas ko adhik badhane ke liye utpann hua ho aur chahe is prakriti ke sansar mean usaka aur bhi kuchh upayog hota ho, ukt anubhav-siddh kram ke bare mean matabhed ho nahian sakata. haan, yah bat kadachit asambhav n hogi ki koee manushy hamesha hi vishay- sukh ka upabhog kiya kare aur usase usaka ji bhi n oobe; parantu is karmabhoomi (mrityulok ya sansar) mean yah bat avashy asambhav hai ki duahkh ka bilakul nash ho jay aur hamesha sukh hi sukh ka anubhav milata rahe. yadi yah bat siddh hai ki sansar keval sukhamay nahian hai, kintu vah sukh-duahkhatmak hai; to ab tisara prashn ap hi ap man mean paida hota hai, ki sansar mean sukh adhik hai ya duahkh?
