yathashva rathahinashch rathashchashvairvina yatha. arthath ‘’jis prakar rath bina gho de aur gho de ke bina rath ( nahian chalate ) usi prakar tapashvi ke tap aur vidya ki bhi sthiti hai. jis prakar anhn shahad se sanyukht ho aur shahad anhn se sanyukht ho, usi prakar tap aur vidya ke sanyukht hone se ek mahaushadhi hoti hai. jaise pakshiyoan ki gati donoan pankhoan ke yog se hi hoti hai, vaise hi jnan aur karm ( donoan ) se shashhvat brahm prapht hota hai.’’ haritashmriti ke ye vachan vriddhatreyashmriti ke doosare adhhyay mean bhi paye jate haian. in vachanoan se, aur vishesh kar unamean diye gaye drishhtanhtoan se, pragat ho jata hai ki manushmriti ke vachan ka khya arth lagana chahiye. yah to pahale hi kah chuke haian, ki manu tap shabhd mean hi chaturvanary ke karmoan ka samavesh karate haian[1]; aur ab dekh p dega, ki taittiriyopanishad mean ‘’tap aur shvadhhyay-pravachan’’ ithyadi ka jo acharan karane ke liye kaha gaya hai[2] vah bhi jnan-karm-samuchhchay paksh ko shvikar kar hi kaha gaya hai. samooche yogavasishhth granhth ka tathpary bhi yahi hai, khyoanki is granhth ke aramhbh mean sutikshhn ne poochha hai, ki mujhe batalaiye, ki moksh kaise milata hai? keval jnan se, keval karm se, ya donoan ke samuchhchay se? aur use uthtar dete hue haritashmriti ka, pakshi ke pankhoanvala drishhtanht le kar, pahale yah bat-laya hai ki ‘’jis prakar akash mean pakshi ki gati donoan pankhoan se hi hoti hai, usi prakar jnan aur karm inhian doannoan se moksh milata hai, keval ek se hi yah siddhi mil nahian jati.‘’ aur age isi arth ko vishtar sahit dikhalane ke liye samoocha yogvasishhth granhth kaha gaya hai[3]. isi prakar vasishhth ne ram ko mukhhy katha mean shthan-shthan par bar bar yahi upadesh kiya hai, ki ‘’jivanhmukht ke saman buddhi ko shuddh rakh kar tum samasht vhyavahar karo ‘’[4], ya ‘’ karmoan ka chho dana maran-paryanht uchit n hone ke karan[5], shvadharm ke anusar prapht hue rajhy ko palane ka kam karate raho‘’[6]. is granhth ka upasanhar aur shriramachanadr ke kiye hue kam bhi isi upadesh ke anusar haian. paranatu yogavasishhth ke tikakar the sannhyasamargiy; isaliey pakshi ke do pankhovali upama ke shpashht hone par bhi, unhhoanne anht mean apane pas se hi yah turra laga hi diya, ki jnan aur karm danoan yugapath arthath ek hi samay mean vihit nahian haian. |
