atharahavean adhhyay ke upasanhar mean bhi bhagavan ne phir kaha hai, ki “niyat karmoan ka sannhyas karana uchit nahian hai, asakti virahit sab kam sada karana chahiye, yahi mera nishhchit aur uttam mat hai”[1]. isase nirvivad siddh hota hai ki gita mean sannhyas marg ki apeksha karmayog ko hi shreshhthata di gee hai. paranhtu, jinaka samhpradayik mat hai, ki sannhyas ya bhakti hi antim aur shraishhth kartavhy hai, karm to nira chittashuddhi ka sadhan hai– vah mukhhy sadhhy ya kartavhy nahian ho sakata– unhhean gita ka yah siddhaant kaise pasand hogaॽ yah nahian kaha ja sakata ki unake dhhyan mean yah bat aee hi n hogi, ki gita mean sannhyas marg ki apeksha karmayog ko shpashht riti se adhik mahathv diya gaya hai. paranhtu yadi yah bat man li jati, to yah pragat hi hai, ki unake samhpraday ki yoghyata kam ho jati. isi se, paanchavean adhhyay ke aramhbh mean, arjun ke prashhn aur bhagavan ke uthtar saral, sayukti aur shpashhtarthak rahane par bhi, samhpradayik tikakar is chakhkar mean p d gaye haian ki inaka kaisa khya arth kiya jay. pahali a dachan yah thi, ki ‘sannhyas aur karmayog in donoan margoan mean shreshhth kaun haiॽ yah prashhn hi donoan margoan ko shvatanhtr mane bina upasthit ho nahian sakata. khyoanki, tikakaroan ke kathananusar, karmayog yadi jnan ko sirph poorvaang ho, to yah bat shvany siddh hai ki poorvaang gaun hai aur jnan athava sannhyas hi shreshhth hai. phir prashhn karane ke liye guanjaish hi kahaan rahiॽ achhchha; yadi prashhn ko uchit man hi lean, to yah shvikar karana p data hai, ki ye donoan marg shvatanhtr haian; aur tab to yah shvikriti is kathan ka virodh karegi, ki keval hamara samhpraday hi moksh ka marg hai. is a dachan ko door karane ke liye in tikakaroan ne pahale to yah turra laga diya hai ki arjun ka prashhn hi thik nahian hai; aur phir yah dikhalane ka prayathn kiya hai ki bhagavan ke uthtar ka tathpary bhi vaisa hi hai. paranhtu itana golamal karane par bhi bhagavan ke is shpashht uttar– ‘karmayog ki yoghyata athava shreshhthata vishesh hai’[2]– ka arth thik thik phir bhi laga hi nahian. tab anht mean apane man ka, poorvapar sandarbh ke viruddh, doosara yah turra laga kar in tikakaroan ko kisi prakar apana samadhan kar lena p da, ki “karmayogo vishishhyate"– karmayog ki yoghyata vishesh hai– yah vachan karmayog ki poli prashansa karane ke liye yani arthavadathmak hai, vashtav mean bhagavan ke mat mean bhi sannhyas marg hi shreshhth hai[3]. |
