vah keval usi ke yatn ka phal nahian hooan; varanh usake yatn aur sansar ke any vyaparoan athava cheshtaoan ki sahayata ka parinam hai jaise ki kheti keval manushy ke hi yatn par nirbhar nahian hai, usaki saphalata ke liye dharati, bij, pani, khad, aur bail adi ke gun-dharm athava vyaparoan ki sahayata avashyak hoti hai; usi prakar, manushy ke prayatn ki siddhi hone ke liye jagat ke jin vividh vyaparoan ki sahayata avashyak hai unamean se kuchh vyaparoan ko jan kar, unaki anukoolata pa kar hi manushy yatn kiya karata hai. parantu hamare prayatnoan ke liye anukool athava pratikool, srishti ke aur bhi kee vyapar haian ki jinaka hamean jnan nahian hai. isi ko daiv kahate haian aur karm ki ghatana ka yah paanchavaan karan kaha gaya hai. manushy ka yatn suphal hone ke liye jab itani sab batoan ki avashyakata hai tatha jab unamean se kee ya to hamare vash mean hi nahian ya hamean jnat bhi nahian rahatian; tab yah bat spashtata siddh hoti hai ki manushy ka aisa abhiman rakhana niri moorkhata ka lakshan hai ki mere karm ka phal amuk hi hona chahiye[1]. tathapi satrahavean shlok ka arth yoan bhi n samajh lena chahiye ki jisaki phalasha chhoot jay vah chahe jo kukarm kar sakata hai.

sadharan manushy jo kuchh karate haian, vah svarth ke lobh se karate haian, isaliye unaka bartav anuchit hua karata hai. parantu jisaka svarth ya lobh nasht ho gaya hai athava phalasha poornataya vilin ho gee hai aur jise pranimatr saman hi ho gaye haian; usase kisi ka bhi anahit nahian ho sakata. karan yah hai ki dosh buddhi mean rahata hai, n ki karm mean. atev jisaki buddhi pahale se shuddh aur pavitr ho gee ho, usaka kiya hua koee karm yadyapi laukik drishti se viparit bhale hi dikhaee de to bhi nyayatah kahana p data hai ki usaka bij shuddh hi hoga; phalatah us kam ke liye phir us shuddh buddhi vale manushy ko javabadar n samajhana chahiye. satrahavean shlok ka yahi tatpary hai. sthitaprashr, arthat shuddh buddhi vale manushy ki nishpapata ke is tattv ka varnan upanishadoan mean bhi hai[2]. gitarahasy ke barahavean prakaran[3] mean is vishay ka poorn vivechan kiya gaya hai, isaliye yahaan par usake adhik vistar ki avashyakata nahian hai. is prakar arjun ke prashn karane par sannyas aur tyag shabdoan ke arth ki mimaansa dvara yah siddh kar diya ki svadharmanusar jo karm prapt hote jaye, unhean ahankar buddhi aur phalasha chho dakar karate rahana hi sattvik athava sachcha tyag hai, karmoan ko chho d baithana sachcha tyag nahian hai. ab satrahavean adhyay mean karm ke sattvik adi bhedoan ka jo vichar arambh kiya gaya tha, usi ko yahaan karmayog ki drishti se poora karate haian.]
