isaliye manushy ko, jo ki sajiv srishti ka shiromani hai, svarth ke saman pararth mean bhi sukh manate hue, srishti ke uparyukt niyam ki unnati karane tatha svarth aur pararth ke vartaman virodh ko samool nasht karane ke udyog mean lage rahana chahiye; bas isi mean usaki itikartavyata hai[1] yah yuktivad bahut thik hai. parantu yah tattv kuchh naya nahian haian ki, paropakar karane ka sadgun mook srishti mean bhi paya jata hai, isaliye use paramavadhi tak pahuanchane ke prayatn mean jnani manushyoan ko sadaiv lage rahana chahiye. is tattv mean visheshata sirph yahi hai ki, ajakal adhibhautik shastroan ke jnan ki bahut vriddhi hone ke karan is tattv ki adhibhautik upapatti uth‍tam riti se batalaee gee hai. yadyapi hamare shastrakaroan ki drishti adhyatmik hai tathapi hamare prachin granthoan mean kaha gaya hai kiah-

“paropakar karana punyakarm hai aur doosaroan ko pi da dena papakarm hai; bas yahi atharah puranoan ka sar hai.’’ bhartrihari ne bhi kaha hai ki “svartho yasy pararth ev s pumanh ekah sataan agraniah’’- pararth hi ko jis manushy ne apana svarth bana liya hai, vahi sab satpurushoan mean shreshth hai. achchha; ab yadi chhote ki doan se manushy tak ki, srishti ki uth‍taroth‍tar kramash badhati huee shreniyoan ko dekhean, to ek aur bhi prashn uthata hai. vah yah hai- kya manushyoan mean keval paropakar- buddhi hi ka utkarsh hua hai? ya, isi ke sath, unamean nyay-buddhi, daya,udarata, dooradrishti, tark, shoorata, dhriti, kshama, iandriyanigrah ityadi anek any sattvik sadgunoan ki bhi vriddhi huee hai. jab is par vichar kiya jata hai tab kahana p data hai ki any sab sajiv praniyoan ki apeksha manushyoan mean sabhi sadgunoan ka utkarsh hua hai. in sab sattvik gunoan ke samooh ko “manushyatv”’ nam dijiye.

ab yah bat siddh ho chuki ki paropakar ki apeksha manushyatv ko ham shreshth manate hai; aisi avastha mean kisi dharm ki yogyata- ayogyata ya nitimatta ka nirnay karane ke liye us karm ki pariksha keval paropakar hi ki drishti se nahian ki ja sakati- ab us karm ki pariksha manushyatv ki drishti se hi, arthath manushy jati mean any praniyoan ki apeksha jin jin gunoan ka utkarsh hua hai un sab ko dhyan mean rakhakar hi ki jani chahiye. akele paropakar ko hi dhyan mean rakhakar kuchh n kuchh nirnay kar lene ke badale ab to yahi manana p dega ki jo karm sab manushyoan ke “manushyatv”ya“manushyapan”ko shobha de ya jis karm se manushyatv ki vriddhi ho, vahi satkarm aur vahi niti-dharm hai.
