(18) jabaki maian kshar se bhi pare ka aur akshar se bhi uttam (purush) hooan, tab lok-vyavahar mean aur ved mean bhi purushottam nam se maian prasiddh hooan.

tilak ke anusar-[solahavean shlok ke ‘kshar’ aur ‘akshar’ shabd saankhyashastr ke vyakt aur avyakt- athava vyakt srishti aur avyakt prakriti- in do shabdoan se samanarthak hai. pragat hai ki inamean kshar hi nashavanh pachanbhootatmak vyakt padarth hai. smaran rahe ki ‘akshar’ visheshan pahale kee bar jab parabrahm ko bhi lagaya gaya hai[1], tab purushottam ke ullikhit lakshan mean ‘akshar’ shabd ka arth akshar brahm nahian hai, kintu usaka arth saankhyoan ki akshar prakriti hai; aur is g dab d se bachane ke liye hi solahavean shlok mean ‘akshar arthath kootasth (prakriti)’ yah vishesh vyakhya ki hai[2]. saraansh, vyakt srishti aur avyakt prakriti ke pare ka akshar brahm[3] aur ‘kshar’ (vyakt srishti) evan ‘akshar’ (prakriti) se pare ka purushottam, vastavh‌ mean ye donoan ek hi haian. terahavean adhyay[4] mean kaha gaya hai ki ise hi paramatma kahate haian aur yahi paramatma sharir mean kshetrajn roop mean rahata hai.

isase siddh hota hai ki kshar-akshar-vichar mean jo mool tattv aksharabrahm ant mean nishpaksh hota hai, vahi kshetr-kshetrajn-vichar ka bhi paryavasan hai, athava “pind mean aur brahmand mean” ek hi purushottam hai. isi prakar yah bhi batalaya gaya hai ki adhibhoot aur adhiyajn prabhriti ka athava prachin ashvaty vriksh ka tattv bhi yahi hai. is jnan-vijnan prakaran ka antim nishkarsh yah hai ki jisane jagath ki is ekata ko jan liya ki “sab bhootoan mean ek atma hai”[5] aur jisake man mean yah pahachan jindagi bhar ke liye sthir ho gee[6], vah karmayog ka acharan karate karate hi parameshvar ki prapti kar leta hai. karm n karane par keval parameshvar-bhakti se bhi moksh mil jata hai; parantu gita ke jnan-vijnan-niroopan ka yah tatpary nahian hai. satavean adhyay ke arambh mean hi kah diya hai ki jnan-vijnan ke niroopan ka arambh yahi dikhalane ke liye kiya gaya hai ki jnan se athava bhakti se shuddh huee nishkam buddhi ke dvara sansar ke sabhi karm karana chahiye aur inhean karate hue hi moksh milata hai. ab batalate haian ki ise jan lene se kya phal milata hai-]
