keval sankhya ki drishti se niti ka uchit nirnay nahian ho sakata, aur is bat ka nishchay karane ke liye koee bhi bahari sadhan nahian hai ki adhikaansh logoan ka adhik sukh kisamean hai? in do akshepoan ke siva is panth par aur bhi b de b de akshep kiye ja sakate haian jaise, vichar karane par yah ap hi maloom ho jayaga ki kisi kam ke keval bahari parinam se hi usako nyay athava anyay kahana bahudha asanbhav ho jata hai. ham log kisi gh di ko, usake thik thik samay n batalane par, achchhi ya kharab kaha karate haian; parantu isi niti ka upayog manushy ke karyoan ke sanbandh mean karane ke pahale hamean yah bat avashh‍y dhyan mean rakhani chahiye ki manushy, gh di ke saman, koee yantr nahian hai. yah bat sach hai ki sab satpurush jagat ke kalyanarth prayatn kiya karate haian; parantu isase yah ulata anuman nishh‍chayapoorvak nahian kiya ja sakata ki jo koee lok-kalyan ke liye prayatn karata hai, vah pratyek sadhu hi hai. yah bhi dekhana chahiye ki manushy ka aantah karan kaisa hai yantr aur manushy mean yadi kuchh bhed hai to yahi ki ek hridayahin hai aur doosar hadayayukt hai; aur isiliye ajnan se ya bhool se kiye gaye aparadh ko kayade me kshamy manate haian.

pahali jyoori (panchayat) ka ekamat nahian hua isiliye doosari jyoori chuni gee. doosari jyoori ne vyavasthapak ko doshi thaharaya, atev use saja di gee. is udaharan mean adhik logoan ke adhik sukhavale nititattv se kam chalane ka nahian. kyoanki, yadyapi ‘ghoos dene se tramave ban gee’ yah bahari parinam adhik logoan ko adhik sukhadayak tha, tathapi itane hi se ghoos dena nyay ho nahian sakata[1]. dan karane ko apana dharm (datavyan) samajh kar nishkam buddhi se dan karana, aur kirti ke liye tatha any phal ki asha se dan karana, in do krityoan ka bahari parinam yadyapi ekasa ho, tathapi shrimadbhagavadgita mean pahale dan ko sattvik aur doosare ko rajas kaha hai [2]. aur,yah bhi kaha gaya hai ki yadi vahi dan kupatroan ko diya jay to vah tamas athava garhy hai.
