vahi vyavaharik drishti se uchit hai’’[1]. parantu hamari samajh ke anusar is yuktivad se kuchh labh nahian hai. bajar mean jitane map taul nity upayog me laye jate haian, unamean tho da bahut phark rahata hi hai; bas, yahi karan batala kar yadi pramanabhoot sarakari mapataul mean bhi kuchh nyoonadhikata rakhi jay, to kya inake khotepan ke liye ham adhikariyoan ko dosh nahian deange? isi nyay ka upayog karmayogashastr mean bhi kiya ja sakata hai. niti-dharm ke poorn, shuddh aur nity svaroop ka shastriy nirnay karane ke liye hi nitishastr ki pravriti huee hai; aur is kam ko yadi nitishastr nahian karega to ham usako nishphal kah sakate haian. sijvik ka yah kathan saty hai ki “uchch svarth’’ samany manushyoan ka marg hai. bhartrihari ka mat bhi aisa hi hai. parantu yadi is bat ki khoj ki jay ki parakashtha ki nitimatta ke vishay mean ukt samany logoan hi ka kya mat hai, to yah maloom hota ki sijvik ne uchch svarth ko jo mahattv diya hai vah bhool hai; kyoanki sadharan log bhi yahi kahate haian ki nishkalank niti ke tatha satpurushoan ke acharan ke liye yah kam chalak marg shreyaskar nahian hai. isi bat ka varnan bhartrihari ne ukt shlok mean kiya hai.

adhibhautik sukhavadiyoan ke in tin vargoan ka ab tak varnan kiya gayaah –

(1)keval svarthi; (2)dooradarshi svarthi; aur (3) ubhayavadi arthath uchchasvarthi. in tinoan vargo ke mukhy mukhy dosh bhi batala diye jate haian.

parantu itane hi se sab adhibhautik panth poora nahian ho jata. isake age ka, aur sab adhibhautik panthoan mean shreshth, panth vah hai jisamean kuchh sattvik tatha adhibhautik panditoan[2] ne yah pratipadan kiya hai ki “ek hi manushy ke sukh ko n dekhakar, kiantu sab manushy jati ke adhibhautik sukh-duahkh ke taratamy ko dekh kar hi, naitik kary-akary ka nirnay karana chahiye.’’ ek hi krity se, ek hi samay mean, samaj ke ya sansar ke sab logoan ko sukh hona asanbhav hai. koee ek bat kisi ko sukhakarak maloom hoti hai to vahi bat doosare ko duahkhakarak ho jati hai. parantu jaise ghughghoo ko prakash napasand hone ke karan koee prakash hi ko tyajy nahian kahata, usi tarah yadi kisi vishisht sampraday ko koee bat labhadayak maloom n ho to karmayogashash‍tr mean bhi yah nahian kaha ja sakata ki vah sabhi logoan ko hitavah nahian hai. aur isiliye “sab logoan ka sukh" in shabdoan ka arth bhi “adhikaansh logoan ka adhik sukh" karana p data hai. is panth ke mat ka saraansh yah hai ki, “jisase adhikaansh logoan ko adhik sukh ho, usi bat ko niti ki drishti se uchit aur grahy manana chahiye; aur isi prakar ka acharan karana is sansar mean manushy ka sachcha kartavy hai.’’
