bole ki yuddh karate hue yog! haan, gita kahati hai ki ‘samatvan yog uchyate.’ yahaan samata yog hai, chittavritti-nirodh yog nahian hai. nahian to, jaisa asann prasang hai, usaki yahaan sangati hi nahian baithegi. yahaan asann-prasang hai ki yuddh karo. anyatha vrittinirodh roop yog yuddhabhoomi mean kahaan se ayega? isalie prasang ke anukool isaka arth hoga. bhagavanh ki yahi akaanksha hai ki asakti chho dakar yuddh kiya jaye aur sadhan ke roop mean kiya jaye. yah vichitr hai.

dooren hyavaran karm buddhiyogaddhananjay[1]

yahaan dhananjay ka arth hai- jo sadhan roop dhan ka arjan kare, jay kare. ‘dhatte iti dhanamh’, jo hamare andar gunadhan kare, usaka nam hai dhan. gunadhan ke sath-sath hota hai doshapanayan aur hinaangapoorti. jo hamare aandar ke doshoan ko mita de, unake sthan par gunoan ko lakar bhar de aur hamari nyoonata ko paripoorn kar de. jaise pasine ko dho diya, stri laga liya aur jahaan kahian gaddha-vaddha tha, usaka mekap kar diya. doshoan ko door karana, gunoan ka adhan karana aur hinaang-poorti karana- ye tinoan batean sadhan mean honi chahie.

bhagavanh bole ki dekho dhananjay, buddhiyog b di chij hai aur karm usase bahut nikrisht hai- ‘dooren hyavaran karm’- isaka arth hai ki karm door se nikrisht hai, pas se nahian. bhagavanh arjun ko karm karane ke lie nahian kahate, karmayog karane ke lie kahate haian; arthath buddhiyog. mishrit karm karane ke lie kahate haian, nirbuddhi kam karane ke lie nahian kahate haian. buddhivadi to tarkik hai, kutarki haian aur buddhirjiv buddhi ko bechakar jivika chalata hai. kintu buddhiyogi ko samatv prapt hota hai- ‘samatvan yog uchyate’. buddhivadi prithakh hai, buddhijivi prithakh hai aur buddhiyogi prithakh hai. hamalog buddhivadi nahian hai aur buddhijivi bhi nahian haian. haan kabhi-kabhi buddhi se kam chala lete haian aur jivika ka uparjan bhi kar lete haian. ek din ki bat hai, hamalog nahar ke kinare-kinare paidal ja rahe the. sham ho gayi. badal chha gaye, barasat hone lagi. pas mean hi ek gurukul tha; hamalog usamean chale gaye. vahaan jo vyavasthapak adhyapak the, ve hamean dekhakar chauank gaye aur poochhane lage ki tum sadhu kyoan hue ho? maianne kaha ki apane lakshy ki prapti ke lie sadhu hue haian. batao, kya lakshy hai tumhara? maianne kaha ki vah lakshy to hamara vyaktigat hai, ham nahian batayeange. achchha, yahi batao ki lakshy kya hona chahie? is prakar ki batoan mean kh de-kh de adha ghanta bit gaya. ve log baithane ke lie bolean hi nahian. itane mean priansipal a gaya; usane kaha ki ye atithi haian, sham ko aye haian, inako baithao, khilao, pilao. ye ved ke mantr bolate haian, upanishadh bolate haian, brahmasootr bolate haian.
