yadi buddhi ko dhairy ka ashray mil jay to vah man ko anubhav ke marg se dhire-dhire le jakar brahmasvaroop mean sthapit kar degi. isaliye tum yah bat dhyan mean rakho ki atm prapti ka yah bhi ek marg hai. parantu yadi yah marg tumhare liye kathin ho to isase bhi ek aur sugam marg hai, vah bhi jan lo. ham apane man mean ek aisa dridh nishchay kar lean ki ham jo nishchay kar lean, usase jara-sa bhi tas-se-mas n hoange. yadi itane se hi chitt sthir ho jay to phir jan lena chahiye ki sahaj hi kary ho gaya. par yadi yah jnat ho jay ki is prakar man sthir nahian rahata to phir use ekadam unmukt kar dena chahiyean. phir is prakar se unmukt man jahaan par jay, vahaan se use pratibandhit karake vapas le ana chahiye. bas, isi tarah se chitt ko dhire-dhire sthirata ka abhyas ho jayaga.[1]
