moksh-sannyas-yog
kamana tyag se, anasakt bhavana se karmacharan karane se, brahm-roop karm mean samadhisth hone se, param brahm parameshvar ko abhibhoot, adhidaiv, adhiyajn manakar nirantar bhagavat bhajan karane se tatha samast karmoan ko eeshvararpan kar sannyas-yog-yukt hone se; kshetr-kshetrajn ka jnan, hone se, bhakti-marg se, trigunatit hone se, purush ka yog arthat mel ya ekikaran param brahm parameshvar se ho jata hai. gita mean karm-yog, sannyas tatha bhakti-marg ka paraspar yog karake yah samajhaya hai ki anasakt bhav v nishkam-buddhi se samast karmoan ko brahmarpan bhav se karane se purush v parameshvar ka yog arthat purush parameshvar mean mil jata hai vah parameshvar may ho jata hai. brahmamay hone ke sadhan v upay samy-buddhi, jnan, atm-sanyam, dhyan, bhakti adi ka hona bataya gaya hai is hi karan in samast sadhanoan ko gita mean “yog” kaha gaya hai. urdhv varnit vyakhya se spasht hai ki chitt ki pravrittiyoan ka nirodh karana hi yog hai. chitt vrittiyoan ka nirodh karane ke sadhan v upay patanajali-yog-darshan mean ath prakar ke batae ge haian jo is prakar haiah- arthath- yam, niyam, asan, pranayam, pratyahar, dharana, dhyan aur samadhi yah ath yog ke aang haian jo ashtaang kahalate haian. |
