shribhagavanuvach
asanshayan mahabaho mano durnigrahan chalamh.
abhyasen tu kauntey vairagyen ch grihyate॥[1]

bhavarth

bhagavan shrikrishn ne kaha – he mahabaho kuntiputr! nissandeh chanchal man ko vash mean karana atyant kathin hai; kintu upayukt abhyas dvara tatha virakti dvara aisa sambhav hai.

arjun dvara vyakt is hathile man ko vash mean karane ki kathinaee ko bhagavan svikar karate haian. kintu sath hi ve sujhate haian ki abhyas tatha vairagy dvara yah sambhav hai. yah abhyas kya hai? vartaman yug mean tirthavas, paramatma ka dhyan, man tatha indriyoan ka nigrah, brahmacharyapalan, ekant-vas adi kathor vidhi-vidhanoan ka palan kar pana sambhav nahian hai. kintu krishnabhavanamrit ke abhyas se manushy bhagavan ki navadhabhakti ka acharan karata hai. aisi bhakti ka pratham aang hai-krishn ke vishay mean shravan karana. man ko samast prakar ki dushchintaoan se shuddh karane ke lie yah param shaktishali evan divy vidhi hai. krishn ke vishay mean jitana hi adhik shravan kiya jata hai, utana hi manushy un vastuoan ke prati anasakt hota hai jo man ko krishn se door le jane vali haian. man ko un sare karyoan se virakt kar lene par, jinase krishn ka koee sambandh nahian hai, manushy sugamatapoorvak vairagy sikh sakata hai. vairagy ka arth hai– padarth se virakti aur man ka atma mean pravritt hona. nirvishesh adhyatmik virakti krishn ke karyakalapoan mean manako lagane ki apeksha adhik kathin hai. yah vyavaharik hai, kyoanki krishn ke vishay mean shravan karane se manushy svatah paramatma ke prati asakt ho jata hai. yah asakti pareshanubhooti ya adhyatmik tushti kahalati hai. yah vaise hi hai jis tarah bhojan ke pratyek kaur se bhookhe ko tushti prapt hoti hai. bhookh lagane par manushy jitana adhik khata jata hai, utani hi adhik tushti aur shakti milati jati hai. isi prakar bhakti sampann karane se divy tushti aur shakti use milati jati hai. isi prakar bhakti sampann karane se divy tushti ki anubhooti hoti hai, kyoanki man bhautik vastuoan se virakt ho jata hai. yah kuchh-kuchh vaisa hi hai jaise kushal upachar tatha supathy dvara rog ka ilaj. atah bhagavanh krishn ke karyakalapoan ka shravan unmatt man ka kushal upachar hai aur krishn ko arpit bhojan grahan karana rogi ke lie upayukt pathy hai. yah upachar hi krishnabhavanamrit ki vidhi hai.
