yah chitishakti ya antaranga shakti divy hai. purusharth ka tatpary dharm, arth, kam tatha ant mean parabrahm se tadatmy ya moksh hai. advaitavadi parabrahm se is tadatmay ko kaivalyamh kahate haian. kintu patanjali ke anusar kaivalyamh vah antaranga ya divy shakti hai jisase jivatma apani svabhavik sthiti se avagat hota hai. bhagavan chaitany ke shabdoan mean yah avastha chetodarpanamarjanamh arthath man roopi malin darpan ka marjan (shuddhi) hai. yah marjan vastav mean mukti ya bhavamahadavagninirvapanamh hai. prarambhik nirvan siddhant bhi is niyam ke saman hai. bhagavat mean [1] ise svaroopen vyavasthitiah kaha gaya hai. bhagavadgita ke is shlok mean bhi isi ki pushti huee hai.

nirvan ke bad adhyatmik karyakalapoan ki ya bhagavadbhakti ki abhivyakti hoti hai jise krishnabhavanamrit kahate haian. bhagavat ke shabdoan mean– svaroopen vyavasthitiah– jivatma ka vastavik jivan yahi hai. bhautik dooshan se adhyatmik jivan ke kalmash yukt hone ki avastha maya. is bhautik dooshan se mukti ka abhipray jivatma ki mool divy sthiti ka vinash nahian hai. patanjali bhi isaki pushti is shabdoan se karate haian– kaivalyan svaroopapratishtha va chitishaktiriti– yah chitishakti ya divy anand hi vastavik jivan hai. isaka anumodan vedantasootr mean[2] is prakar hua hai– anandamayoabhyasath. yah chitishakti hi yog ka paramalakshy hai aur bhaktiyog dvara ise saralata se prapt kiya jata hai. bhaktiyog ka vistrit vivaran satavean adhyay mean kiya jayega. is adhyay mean varnit yogapaddhati ke anusar samadhiyaan do prakar ki hoti haian– samprajnat tatha asamprajnat samadhiyaan. jab manushy vibhinn darshanik shodhoan ke dvara divy sthiti ko prapt hota hai to yah kaha jata hai ki use samprajnat samadhi prapt huee hai. asamprajnat samadhi mean sansari anand se koee sambandh nahian rahata kyoanki isamean manushy indriyoan se prapt hone vale sabhi prakar ke sukhoan se pare ho jata hai. ek bar is divy sthiti ko prapt kar lene par yogi kabhi usase digata nahian. jab tak yogi is sthiti ko prapt nahian kar leta, tab tak vah asaphal rahata hai. ajakal ke tathakathit yogabhyas mean vibhinn indriyasukh sammilit haian, jo yog ke sarvatha viparit hai. yogi hokar yadi koee maithun tatha madakadravy sevan mean anurakt hota hai to vah upahasajanak hai. yahaan tak ki jo yogi yog ki siddhiyoan ke prati akrisht rahate haian ve bhi yog mean aroodh nahian kahe ja sakate. yadi yogijan yog ki anushangik vastuoan ke prati akrisht haian to unhean siddh avastha ko prapt nahian kaha ja sakata, jaisa ki is shlok mean kaha gaya hai. atah jo vyakti asanoan ke pradarshan ya siddhiyoan ke chakkar mean rahate haian unhean yah samajh lena chahie ki is prakar se yog ka mukhya uddeshy hi samapt ho jata hai.
