tamastvajnanajan viddhi mohanan sarvadehinamh . arth- he bharatavanshi arjun! sampoorn dehadhariyoan ko mohit karane vale tamogun ko tum ajnan se atpann hone vala samajho. vah pramad, alasy aur nidra ke dvara dehadhariyoan ko baandhata hai. vyakhya- ‘tamastvajnanajan viddhi mohanan sarvadehinamh’- sattvagun aur rajogun- in donoan se tamogun ko atyant nikrisht batane ke lie yahaan ‘tu’ pad ka prayog hua hai. yah tamogun ajnan se arthat besamajhi se, moorkhata se paida hota hai aur sanpoorn dehadhariyoan ko mohit kar deta hai arthat sath-asath, kartavy-akartavy ka jnan (vivek) nahian hone deta. itana hi nahian, yah saansarik sukh-bhog aur sangrah mean bhi nahian lagane deta arthat rajas sukh mean bhi nahian jane deta, phir sattvik sukh ki to bat hi kya hai! vastav mean tamogun ke dvara mohit hone ki bat keval manushyoan ke lie hi hai; kyoanki doosare prani to svabhavik hi tamogun se mohit haian. phir bhi yahaan ‘sarvadehinamh’ pad dene ka tatpary hai ki jin manushyoan mean sath-asath, kartavy-akartavy ka jnan (vivek) nahian hai, ve manushy hote hue bhi chaurasi lakh yoniyoan vale praniyoan ke saman hi haian arthat jaise pashu-pakshi adi prani kha-pi lete haian aur so jate haian, aise hi ve manushy bhi haian. ‘pramadalasyanidrabhistannibandhati bharat’- yah tamogun pramad, alasy aur nidra ke dvara sanpoorn dehadariyoan ko baandh deta hai. ‘pramad’ do tarah ka hota hai- (1) karane layak kam ko n karana arthat jis kam se apana aur duniya ka, abhi aur parinam mean hit hota hai, aise kartavy-karmoan ko pramad ke karan n karana; aur (2) n karane layak kam ko karana arthat jis kam se apana aur duniya ka abhi aur parinam mean ahit hota hai, aise karmoan ko karana. n karane layak kam bhi do tarah ke hote haian- 1. vyarth kharch karana arthat bi di-sigaret, bhaang-gaanja adi pine mean aur natak-sinema, khel adi dekhane mean dhan kharch karana; aur 2. vyarth kriya karana arthat tash-chaup d khelana, khel-kood karana, bina kisi karan ke pashu-pakshi adi ko kasht dena, tang karana, bina kisi svarth ke chhote-chhote pe d-paudhoan ko nasht kar dena adi vyarth kriyaean karana. ‘alasy’ bhi do prakar ka hota hai- (1) sote rahana, nikamme baithe rahana, avashyak kam n karana aur aisa vichar rakhana ki phir kar leange, abhi to baithe haian- is tarah ka alasy manushy ko baandhata hai; aur (2) nidra ke pahale sharir bhari ho jana, vrittiyoan ka bhari ho jana, samajhane ki shakti n rahana- is tarah ka alasy doshi nahian hai; kyoanki yah alasy ata hai, manushy karata nahian. |
