kshetrajnan chapi maan viddhi sarvakshetreshu bharat .

he bharatavanshodbhav arjun! too sanpoorn kshetroan mean kshetrajn mere ko hi samajh; aur kshetr-kshetrajn ka jo jnan hai, vahi mere mat mean jnan hai.
vyakhya- ‘kshetrajnan chapi maan viddhi sarvakshetreshu bharat’- sanpoorn kshetroan- (shariroan-) mean ‘maian hooan’- aisa jo ahanbhav hai, usamean ‘maian’ to kshetr hai (jisako poorvashlok mean ‘etath’ kaha hai) aur ‘hooan’ maian- pan ka jnata kshetrajn hai (jisako poorvashlok mean ‘vetti’ pad se janane vala kaha hai). ‘maian’ ka sanbandh hone se hi ‘hooan’ hai. agar ‘maian’ ka sanbandh n rahe to ‘hooan’ nahian rahega, pratyut ‘hai’ rahega. karan ki ‘hai’ hi ‘maian’ ke sath sanbandh hone se ‘hooan’ kaha jata hai. atah vastav mean kshetrajn- (‘hooan’-) ki paramatma- (‘hai’-) ke sath ekata hai. isi bat ko bhagavanh yahaan kah rahe haian ki sanpoorn kshetroan mean mere ko hi kshetrajn samajho.
manushy kisi vishay ko janata hai, to vah janane mean ane vala vishay ‘jney’ kahalata hai. yah jney ko vah kisi karan ke dvara hi janata hai. karan do tarah ka hota hai- bahiahkaran aur aantahkaran. manushy vishayoan ko bahiahkaran- (shrot, netr adi-) se janata hai aur bahiahkaran ko aantahkaran- (man, buddhi adi-) se janata hai. us aantahkaran ki char vrittiyaan haian- man, buddhi, chitt aur ahankar. in charoan mean bhi ahankar sabase sookshm hai, jo ki ekadeshiy hai. yah ahankar bhi jisase dekha jata hai, jana jata hai, vah janane vala prakash svaroop kshetrajn hai. us ahanbhav ke bhi jnata kshetrajn ko sakshath mera svaroop samajho.
yahaan ‘viddhi’ pad kahane ka tatpary hai ki he arjun! jaise too apane ko sharir mean manata hai aur sharir ko apana manata hai, aise hi too apane ko mere mean jan (man) aur mere ko apana man. karan ki tumane sharir ke sath jo ekata man rakhi hai, usako chho dane ke lie mere sath ekata manani bahut avashyak hai.
jaise yahaan bhagavanh ne ‘kshetrajnan chapi maan viddhi’ padoan se kshetrajn ki apane sath ekata batayi hai, aise hi gita mean any jagah bhi ekata batayi hai; jaise- doosare adhyay ke satrahavean shlok mean bhagavanh ne shariri- (kshetrajn-) ke lie kaha ki ‘jisase yah sanpoorn sansar vyapt hai, usako tum avinashi samajho’- ‘avinashi tu tadviddhi yen sarvamidan tatamh’ aur navean adhyay ke chauthe shlok mean apane lie kaha ki ‘mere se yah sanpoorn sansar vyapt hai’- ‘maya tatamidan sarvan jagadavyaktamoortina.’ yahaan to bhagavanh ne kshetrajn- (aansh-) ki apane (aanshi ke) sath ekata batayi hai aur age isi adhyay ke chauantisavean shlok mean sharir-sansar- (kary-) ki prakriti- (karan-) ke sath ekata batayeange. tatpary hai ki sharir ko prakriti ka aansh hai, isalie tum isase sarvatha vimukh ho jao; aur tum mere aansh ho, isalie tum mere sammukh ho jao.
