prashn- ‘vitaragabhayakrodhah’ ka kya bhav hai?
uttar- isase sthirabuddhi yogi ke antahkaran aur vani mean asakti, bhay aur krodh ka sarvatha abhav dikhalaya gaya hai. abhipray yah hai ki kisi bhi sthiti mean kisi bhi ghatana se usake antahkaran mean n to kisi prakar ki asakti utpann ho sakati hai, n kisi prakar ka jara bhi bhay ho sakata hai aur n krodh hi ho sakata hai. is karan usaki vani bhi asakti, bhay aur krodh ke bhavoan se rahit shant aur saral hoti hai. lokasangrah ke liye usake sharir ya vani ki kriya dvara asakti, bhay ya krodh ka bhav dikhalaya ja sakata hai; par vastav mean usake man ya vani mean kisi tarah ka koee vikar nahian rahata. keval vani ko uparyukt samast vikaroan se rahit karake bolana to kisi bhi dhairyayukt buddhimanh purush ke liye bhi sambhav hai; par usake antahkaran mean vikar hue bina nahian rah sakate, is karan yahaan bhagavanh ne ‘sthirabuddhi purush kaise bolata hai?’ is prashn ke uttar mean usaki vani ki oopari kriya n batalakar usake man ke bhavoan ka varnan kiya hai. atah isase yah samajhana chahiye ki sthir buddhi yogi ki vani bhi vastav mean usake antahkaran ke anuroop sarvatha nirvikar aur shuddh hoti hai.

uttar- isase yah bhav dikhalaya gaya hai ki uparyukt lakshanoan se yukt yogi hi vastav mean ‘muni’ arthath vani ka sanyam karane vala hai aur vahi sthir buddhi hai; jisake antahkaran aur indriyoan mean vikar bhare haian, vah vani ka sanyami hone par bhi sthir buddhi nahian ho sakata.
