रज गुण

saankhy darshan mean sattv, raj aur tam- ye tin gun bataye gaye haian. inamean rajash madhyam svabhav hai, jisake pradhan hone par vyakti yatharth janata to hai par laukik sukhoan ki ichchha ke karan upayukt samay upayukt kary nahian kar pata hai. gita mean krishn ne arjun ko spasht roop se is gun ka varnan kiya hai-

  • ragaroop rajogun ko kamana aur asakti se utpann janana chahie.[1] vah is jivatma ko karmoan ke aur unake phal ke sambandh se baandhata hai.[2]
  • krishn kahate haian- he arjun! rajogun ke badhane par lobh, pravriti, svarth-buddhi se karmoan ka sakamabhav se arambh, ashaanti aur vishay bhogoan ki lalasa- ye sab utpann hote haian.[3]

  1. kamana aur asakti se rajogun badhata hai tatha rajogun se kamana aur asakti badhati hai. isaka paraspar bij aur vriksh ki bhaanti anyonyashray sambandh hai isamean rajogun bijasthaniy aur kamana, asakti adi vriksh sthaniy haian. bij vriksh se hi utpann hota hai, tathapi vriksh ka karan bhi bij hi hai. isi bat ko spasht karane ke liye kahian rajogun se kamadi ki utpatti aur kahian kamanadi se rajogun ki utpatti batalayi gayi hai.
  2. ‘in sab karmoan ko maian karata hooan’ karmoan mean kartapan ke is abhimanapoorvak ‘mujhe isaka amuk phal milega’ aisa manakar karmoan ke aur unake phaloan ke sath apana sambandh sthapit kar lene ka nam ‘karmasang’ hai; isake dvara rajogun jo is jivatma ko janm-mrityu sansar mean phansaye rakhana hai, vahi usaka karm sang ke dvara jivatma baandhana hai.
  3. jisake karan manushy pratikshan dhan ki vriddhi ke upay sochata rahata hai, dhan vyay karane ka samuchit avasar prapt hone par bhi usaka tyag nahian karata evan dhanoparjan ke samay kartavy-akartavy ka vivechan chhodakar doosare ke svatv par bhi adhikar jamane ki ichchha ya cheshta karane lagata hai, us dhan ki lalasa ka nam ‘lobh’ hai. nana prakar ke karm karane ke liye manasik bhavoan ka jagrat hona ‘pravriti’ hai. un karmoan ko sakamabhav se karane lagana unaka ‘arambh’ hai. man ki chanchalata ka nam ‘ashaanti’ hai, aur kisi bhi prakar ke saansarik padarthoan ko apane liye avashyak manana ‘spriha’ hai. rajogun ki vriddhi ke samay in lobh adi bhavoan ka pradurbhav hona hi unaka utpann ho jana hai.
