‘aksharan brahm paramamh’-jo akshay hai, jisaka kshay nahian hota, vahi param brahm hai. ‘svabhavah adhyatmamh uchyate’-svayan mean sthir bhav hi adhyatm arthath atma ka adhipaty hai. isase pahale sabhi maya ke adhipaty mean rahate haian; kintu jab ‘sv’-bhav arthath svaroop mean sthirabhav (svayan mean sthirabhav) mil jata hai to atma ka hi adhipaty usamean pravahit ho jata hai. yahi adhyatm hai, adhyatm ki parakashtha ‘bhootabhavodbhavakarah’-bhootoan ke ve bhav jo kuchh-n-kuchh udbhav karate haian arthath praniyoan ke ve sankalp jo bhale athava bure sanskaroan ki sanrachana karate haian unaka visarg arthath visarjan, unaka mit jana hi karm ki parakashtha hai. yahi sampoorn karm hai, jisake liye yogeshvar ne kaha-‘vah sampoorn karm ko janata hai.’ vahaan karm poorn hai, age avashyakata nahian hai (niyat karm) is avastha mean jabaki bhootoan ke ve bhav jo kuchh-n-kuchh rachate haian, bhale athava bure sanskar-sangrah karate haian, banate haian, ve jab sarvatha shant ho jayan, yahian karm ki sampoornata hai. isake age karm karane ki avashyakata nahian rah jati. atah karm koee aisi vastu hai, jo bhootoan ke sampoorn sankalpoan ko, jinase kuchh-n-kuchh sanskar banate haian unaka shaman kar deti hai. karm ka arth hai (aradhana) chintan, jo yajn mean hai.
