us dasha mean yah avyakt thi. sab manasik aur bhautik tattvoan ki vyakhya prakriti ke vikas ke parinamoan ke roop mean ki gee hai. prakriti mean tin gun haian. gun ka shabdarth hota hai--rassi ke dhage. ye gun vibhinn unupatoan mean prakat hokar vibhinn prakar ki vastavik sattaoan ko utpann karate haian. bhautik tattv ke prasang mean ye tin gun halkapan (sattv), gati (rajash) aur bharipan (tamash) ke roop mean kary karate haian. manasik tattv ke roop mean ve kramashah achchhaee , avesh aur moodhata ke roop mean kary karate haian. jab atm yah anubhav kar leta hai ki vah prakriti ke sath sab prakar ke sampark se rahit ho gaya hai, to vah mukt ho jata hai. gita is vyakhya ko is adharabhoot parivartan ke sath svikar karati hai ki saankhy mean batae ge purush aur prakriti, jinamean ki dvait hai, param mool tattv paramatma ke hi svabhav haian.buraee gunoan ke bandhan mean phansane ke karan utpann hoti hai. yah isalie paida hoti hai, kyoanki prakriti mean jis jivan ke bij ya atma ko dala jata hai, vah gunoan ke bandhan mean p d jata hai. kisi ek ya any gun ki prabalata ke anusar atma ka utthan ya patan hota hai. jab ham atm ko prakriti aur usake gunoan se prithakh pahachan lete haian, tab ham mukt ho jate haian. adhividyak jnan[1]yog arthath ekagrikaran ki paddhiit dvara anubhav[2] mean roopantarit ho jata hai. bahut prachin kal se hi ‘yog’ shabd ka prayog kuchh ek vishisht prakar ke abhyasoan aur anubhavoan ka varnan karane ke lie hota hai, jinhean bad mean jnan, bhakti aur karm ke vibhinn sampradayoan ki shikshaoan ke anusar dhal liya gaya. inamean se pratyek dhyan yog ya chintan ki paddhati ke abhyas ka prayog karata hai. yog, patanjali ke matanusar, man ki gatividhiyoan ka daman hai.[3] maitri upanishadh ka kathan haiah “jaise eedhan n milane par ag choolhe mean p di-p di bujh jati hai, usi prakar jab man ki gatividhiyoan ka daman kar diya jata hai (vrittikshayath), tab chitt apane sthan par p da-p da hi bujh jata hai.”[4] ham atyant prabal sankalp ke prayog dvara hi vicharoan ke kolahal aur ichchhaoan ke utpat ka daman karane mean samarth ho sakate haian. yogi se kaha jata hai ki vah nirantar karm dvara is sanyam ko prapt kare.[5]
