19.yatha dipo nivatastho negate sopama smrita.
yogino yatachittasy yujjato yogamatmanah॥

jis prakar vayuhin sthan mean rakha hua dipak kaanpata nahian hai, vah hi us yogi ki upama mana gaya hai, jisane chitt ko vash mean kar liya hai aur jo atma ke sath sanyog ka (ya apane-ap ko anushasan mean rakhane ka) abhyas kar raha hai.yogi ka chitt atma mean lin rahata hai. u dati jhalakoan ya kshanik darshanoan ka atma ke arntadarshan ke sath ghapala nahian kiya jana chahie. atma ka antardarshan sab bhramoan ya mohoan ke prati ekamatr suraksha hai.

20.yatoparamate chittan niruddhan yogasevaya.
yatr chaivatmanatmanan pashchannatmani tushyati॥

jisamean pahuanchakar ekagrata ke abhyas dvara vash mean kiya gaya chitt shant ho jata hai aur jisamean vah atma ke dvara atma ko dekhata hai aur atma mean anand prapt karata hai;


21.sukhamatyantikan yattadbuddhigrahyamatindriyamh.

jisamean vah buddhi dvara grahan kie jane vale aur atindriy param anand ko prapt karata hai aur jisamean sthit hokar vah kabhi tattv se vichalit nahian hota;dekhie kathoparishadh 3, 12. jahaan ek or bhagavanh indriyoan dvara hone vale jnan se pare hai, vahaan vah tark dvara grahy bhi hai; us tark dvara nahian, jo indriyoan dvara di gee janakari se sambandhit hai aur unake adhar par dharanaean banata hai; apitu us tark dvara, jo ki apane hi adhikar se kary karata hai. jab vah aisa karata hai, tab use vastuoan ka jnan apratyaksh roop se, indriyoan ke madhyam dvara ya un par adharit sambandhoan ke madhyam dvara nahian hota, apitu unake sath ekakar ho jane ke dvara hota hai. sara sachcha jnan ekatmikaran dvara prapt hone vala jnan hai.[1] bhautik sampark ya manasik pratikoan dvara jnan prapt hone vala hamara jnan apratyaksh aur anumanik hota hai. dharm paramatma ka chintan dvara hridayangam karana hai.

22.yan labdhatava chaparan labhan manyate nadhikan tatah.
yasminsthito n duahkhen gurunapi vichalyate॥

jise prapt karake vah samajhata hai ki isase b da aur koee labh nahian hai aur jisamean sthit hone par vah b de duahkh se bhi vichalit nahian hota;

23. vidyadduahkhasanyogaviyogan yogasanjnitamh.
s nishchayen yoktavyo togoanirvinnachetasa॥

usako yog namak vastu samajhana chahie, jo duahkhoan ke sath sanyog se alag ho jana hai. is yog ka abhyas dridh sankalp aur anudvign chitt se kiya jana chahie.10 se 22 tak ke shlokoan mean mukti ko drishti mean rakhate hue man ko apane lakshy par tivrata se ekagr karane ki shiksha di gee hai. yah mukt atma ka usaki apani paramata aur ekant mean vishram hai. atma atma mean hi anand anubhav karati hai. yah saankhy purush ka kaivaly hai, yadyapi gita mean ise paramatma ke paramanand ke sath ekaroop kar diya gaya hai. anirvinnachetasa: nirvedarahiten chetasa. - shankarachary. hamean yog ka abhyas bhavi duahkhoan ke vichar se udbhoot prayatn ki shithilata se shoony hokar karana chahie.
