saankhy-siddhant aur yog ka abhyas aur us atma ki shuddhata mean usake sab duahkhoan ki samapti ho jati hai. is prakar ke vishuddh atma vale vyakti ki buddhi shighr hi (atma ki shanti mean) sthit ho jati hai. 66.nasti buddhirayuktasy n chayuktasy bhavana. asanyat vyakti mean buddhi mean nahian hoti. asanyat vyakti mean ekagrata ki shakti bhi nahian hoti. jisamean ekagrata nahian hai, use shanti prapt nahian hoti; aur jise shanti nahian hai, use sukh kahaan se mil sakata hai! 67.indriyanaan hi charataan yanmanoanuvidhiyate . jab man bhatakati huee indriyoan ke pichhe bhagata hai,tab vah manushy ki samajh ko har leta hai, jaise vayu jal mean nav ko baha le jati hai. 68.tasmadyasy mahabaho nigrihitani sarvashah . isalie he mahabahu (arjun), jisaki indriyaan unake vishayoan se sab prakar se door khianch li gee haian, usi ki buddhi dridhata se sthir hai. 69.ya nisha sarvabhootanaan tasyaan jagarti sanyami. sab praniyoan ke lie jo rat hoti hai, usamean sanyami jagata rahata hai aur sab praniyoan ke lie jo jagane ka samay hai, vah dekhane vale muni ke lie (ya krantadarshi muni ke lie) rat hoti hai.jab sab prani indriyoan ke vishayoan ki t dak-bh dak se akarshit hote haian, tab muni vastavikata ko samajhane ke lie prayatnashil rahata hai, jisake prati ajn log supt ya nirapeksh rahate haian. virodhoan ka jivan, jo ajnaniyoan ke lie din ya sakriyata ki dasha hai, jnani ke lie ratri ya atma ke andhakar ki avastha hai. gete se tulana kijieah ’’bhranti ka saty ke sath vahi sambandh hai, jo nidra ka jagaran ke sath.’’
